Currently in Vegas, so it's 3 hours behind here. We did a bit of exploring around, got back to the hotel and turned on the game to see UCF trailing 10-7. I like to think that I brought some Vegas luck to the team.

If Temple...I have got to figure out how to keep UCF off the field. Run the clock down...short, slant passes, screens, etc., and try to get an RPO game going. Show formations we haven't seen from them. Will it work...maybe for a quarter. Their problem is we have seen plenty of different formations and even if the QB gets the ball out of his hands fast with slants, shuttle passes, quick screens, etc. our LB and CB play has been pretty decent. And with a banged up offensive line, their run game isn't going to fool anyone, and we have a good DL. My take is the Temple coach is hoping for a slow, defensive battle with a couple of turnovers or special teams play. If we play like we did in the SMU game second half, this could get really ugly. Simple game. Call the first score by UCF. Winner gets name on the Wall of Fame and a pair of Coozies.

Rules: you MUST call both the QB and receiver for passing scores along with the yardage. For all other scores RB, kickers, defenders, punt/ kick off returns you must call the yardage and the name of the player. Closest to the yardage wins. Price is right rules: If two people are exact yardage apart, closest without going over wins. You can only play once per account.

Why is it that it seems assumed he will not play another year in 2023? It would seem to me he left Ole Miss to play QB, wouldn’t he take advantage of the extra year of eligibility?
