Every time a player has as much as a stubbed toe our fans are rushing online to say how quickly they are going to transfer. It's giving major cuck energy and it's driving me nuts. It makes us look so insecure to the entirety of the college football landscape as well as recruits and their families.

UCF is actually a pretty great place to go to school and be a student athlete. Maybe start projecting that strength of ours instead of manifesting a worse program in real time. Shape the Fuc# up

I keep coming back to Gus’s clock management of Baylor, Florida, and Iowa State. Each time he seems to be doing the exact opposite of what needs to be done. These were all different QBs so I doubt it’s player ignoring Gus.

This seems like a basic thing even an arm chair fan like myself can figure out. So what gives, is there any potentially logical reason for doing the exact opposite of what needs to be done?

The only two things I can think of is Gus is trying trickery that has now reached epically stupid levels or he really is starting to loose his marbles. I refuse to believe he got this far in his career without figuring out how the clock works.

Gus has brought an impressive level of consistency to the UCF Football program.

2023:
After starting 3-0, UCF came into Homecoming on a 4-game losing streak and lost the Homecoming game vs WVU

2024:
After starting 3-0, UCF comes into Homecoming on a 4-game losing streak and hosts BYU for a chance at another 5-game losing streak.

Why was Gus running hurry up offense when we needed to run the clock out. I don’t think he understands time management and doesn’t give this team a chance to win.

I know I should write these deals when I am this emotionally right after a game but I cannot sleep with out getting this shit off my chest. I am not sure what I just witnessed. First, I thought we were going to lose and I was hoping for us to look competitive, to fight, to show some growth and we did all that in spades. We should have won that game. Ref in position to make the call didn't throw the flag because he didn't think it was PI. Flag came from the ref in the end zone. At worst it was holding because the ball was uncatchable.

I understand. Iowa State is undefeated and TPTB of the Big 12 are doing everything in their power to have two representatives in the CFP, but it sucks that they did it at UCF's expense.

Still, IMO, UCF didn't deserve to win because they defense lost QB contain double digit times. But the Knights had a chance to win by double digits.

J. Brown needs to be moved to WR. He is terrible. KJ averaged 200 passing yards per game. Brown had less than 60.

UCF probably wins the game if Gus plays both quarterbacks.

Had we won, Gus would have made this into his superbowl and we wouldn't hear the end of it, even if we ended up losing every other game this season. It would just delay the inevitable. Not only that, but Tik Tok would have weaponized this win as him having excellent judgment in extending Gus. What a joke both of these guys are.
