New FPI update

I know Espn’s FPI indicator isn’t the best guage of success, but it is a data driven tool that updates after games are played. We played very well overall and the data jumped our chances of winning against Louisville from 62.3% to 65.6%. Also we jumped from beating cincy from 54% to 57.8%. It seems the computers liked our performance.

Will be interesting to see how it adjusts after Louisville plays syracuse. Id also be interested to see Mr. Sim’s updated sim games

NBC joining in on the B12 bidding?

Since the networks appear to be the power brokers here, it's good to hear that NBC might be competing with Fox and ESPN/ABC for the B12. The more the merrier (and possibly more lucrative). It's interesting that if NBC bids it would be for the B12 to provide "shoulder programming" for ND to ensure ND remains as an independent and on NBC. 3 bidders are better than 2 to get the best deal for the B12 (or 16 or 20). You can't make this stuff up....
