Really? A new low for you BT, we all know you regularly put party over everything, including your morals, but now you are putting party over reality. Im nowhere near a Bernie fan, but he is a thousand times more christ-like than Trump.

If Bernie gave 4% of his 1,000,000 to charity as everyone here is saying that is $40K, $40,000 is not "nothing". Hell it's more than 85 will give to true charities in his life time. Such a massive, vibrating, and now ignorant hypocrite you've become. Truly pathetic.

What matters is this the SC will now lean decisively conservative for decades to come and that is a huge win. It is something I am greatful for.

I want a SC full of constitutional experts who dont play politics. Be they left or right doesn't matter to me, as long as they stick to the letter of the law. They also should be aggressive in keeping the legislatural and executive branches in check. That design was the true genius of our forefathers, to prevent one branch from becoming too powerful. Ok I'm done.

Sad to say ... but it wouldn't surprise me if lefties started knocking off conservative justices as soon as a Democrat gets in office. These libs are loons to the highest degree and justify anything they do.

Kennedy IS the key replacement to secure a 5-4 conservative majority. Since Kennedy went hard-core pro-queer, it's impossible to count on his judgment on, say, gun rights.

I'm just hoping Trump has the good sense to continue nominating white Protestant men to end the bizarre situation he inherited of vatican and manhattan elites on the Court.

When it comes to replacing RBG, Trump is going to have to be careful. Regardless of who he picks it is going to swing the pendulum to the right. If the republicans hold both houses, POTUS, AND they all of a sudden have a 6-3 majority in SCOTUS, the left is going to go crazy. When they end up with the presidency again they will swing the pendulum so hard back to the left it could actually lead to a dictatorship or revolution.

The anger on their side is growing into violent action. It's currently a war of words. I see that changing soon, especially if a conservative SC abolishes Roe v Wade. They'll resort to terrorist tactics, because they are "enlightened".

IMO, there's a concerted effort from the left, to socialize America. It started in the media but will soon move to the streets. Unfortunately.

Roe v wade will never go anywhere. Republicans will make sure of it. They’d lose one of two things, the other being guns, that keeps the base alive and kicking.

Dictators can come from the left or the right. I'm just saying that the pendulum is swinging pretty hard right now. We have people calling for socialism and the animosity between the sides is pretty intense. All it takes is for 1 charismatic, well spoken, cult of personality type who has unknown nefarious intentions to sieze control. Hitler, Lenin, Mao, Mussolini, Castro, etc.......all fit that bill. It can happen anywhere and you're much more like likely to end up with a dictator than a utopia.

The right has exhausted pretty much every legitimate argument to make in court to challenge Roe. They may have the votes on SCOTUS to do it, but what suit can they file that could make it all the way through the system?

I don't see a full blown repeal of RvW, but rather a series of laws gradually provide more and more protections for the unborn. Which is a great thing.

i do see the left getting more violent. that said i think roe v wade was settled long ago. something else might make them more violent though. time will tell what finally sets them off.
 
Interesting how the party calling for civility two days ago is now lapping up the "tears" of Americans legitimately concerned about the rights and treatment of other Americans. Could it be that the call for civility was just a ruse?
