Charleston church shooting: 9 'killed because they were black,' official says

If everyone in that church were armed that little fuker would be dead and there wouldn't be nearly a dozen killed. If he had reload 5 times he obviously didn't know how to shoot. Criminals don't follow the law, banning guns won't stop them. He should have never been let out of jail after he was arrested the first time. Most murders are committed by people who've already been arrested. Stop babying scumbag trash and kill them or ship them off to an island like the Brits did with Australia. The tax payers support all these degenerates and that shouldn't happen. If you can't act like a civilized human then gtfo.

Sidenote: I was watching Jeff Ross do a show from prison where a head officer talked about how a lot of people who should be institutionalized r in prison. Apparently there needs be more mental institutions, but nah let's keep fighting the war on drugs!
 
This shit is going to happen at a College Football game one of these days. Some idiot is going to strap enough bomb shit to himself to take out thousands of people. Seriously, I am surprised it hasn't happened yet. No security at these games, some high school volunteer there asking what's in your pockets--it is a recipe for disaster.
 
Yeap same with all sporting events and theme parks. Hey they're all gun free zones too. Guess what, we have guns in this country and that's not going to ever change, its the reason we are the United States. You have a better chance of getting rid of SS or abortion. Stop punishing law abiding people. These psychos aren't stupid. They're not out there shooting up VFWs or police stations. They go after places where they know people won't be able to defend themselves. My dad always carries now, I'm starting to think he's not too crazy.

Hate is hate, it does not matter what color, religion or sex. I've never understood hating anyone for what they are but then again, probably no one that is normal understands.

It hasn't happened because despite what others would have people believe "gun violence" isn't "out of control" or whatever rhetoric wants to be punish good people.

You are correct there. and most gun violence that does take place is a one on one crime. That is why these types of events get so much publicity.

Yeah, Graham says to some it's a symbol of the Civil War.... but he doesn't address that there is a segment of the population in the southern US that still sees it as the "War of Northern Aggression" and are still harboring hate in their hearts.
Jon Stewart had a great speech about it the other night. Made some great points. And yeah, it's just a flag....but it's the symbol behind that flag that becomes the problem:

Maybe so but the swastika was banned pretty much everywhere yet you still see skin heads and anti-semetics wear it proudly. It does not matter if its banned, those that want to use the rebel flag as a symbol will.

It was removed years ago and now flies at a confederate memorial which is on the state capital grounds. You and your dumbass like friend dr. Wannabe Joe really need to educate yourselves and not be such a reactionary wimps. South Carolina moved the flag the last time the NAACP threatened boycot of the state.

A racists mental idiot murdered those people, not a flag.

It's flying on the State Capitol grounds. It's the same thing...pretty much state endorsed.
Show me where the Nazi flag is allowed to fly on official German state property.

True, removing the symbol of hate won't remove the hate in people's hearts. But at least that symbol won't be endorsed by the state gov't.
