In what world would a close win be better for UCF than a blowout win? Complete nonsense. We have two games to make a statement.
The title of this article should be “PLEASE UCF don’t beat us really badly and show the world how truly irrelevant we are!” What a complete pile of crap this article is! This article combined with the donut- free tickets giveaway only serves to show that there truly is a gap between these two schools. Not a good look for you, SFCC!!!

Thats what the Tampa Bay Times produces, embarrassing journalism. This isn't the first time with one of their stories.
Not trying to pile on, but Charlie Strong took over a program that was well stocked with above average college talent. They were supposed to do what we did last year. Instead they finish 2nd in the east, watched their rivals win a NY 6 game and claim (a somewhat disputed) national championship. In year 2 his team completely collapses down the stretch dropping 5 games in a row headed into bowl season. Some people are meant to be head coaches and some people are meant to be position coaches / coordinators. I think Strong is an excellent coach, but not a very good HC. Going forward for us, regardless of the outcome of the next two games, the experience for Mack will be huge for his development.
