You're free to watch her video if you like. Around the 4 min mark she says she's not a member of a tribe and only tribes can determine citizenship but her ansestry is legitimate. Cherokee Nation put out a statement agreeing with what she says in her video.

Or she might be 3% native American like she has claimed. Like her family history that was shared with her indicated.

What I don't understand is that the DNA report has said that she has anywhere between 1500% and 75% of the native america DNA of an average caucasian. You've all jumped on the 75% and ignored the rest of the range. I hate to beat a dead horse on this but you're not trustworthy posters. You're clearly posting to try and misinform. Nothing you post can be taken seriously when it's so obvious that you're not really here to talk about anything. You're here to try and win even if that means bending reality a little bit here and there.
And the actual group that she claims to be connected to by heritage wants her to stop. They are tired of people who don’t know jack shit about their history, their way of life, their community, and their culture “claiming” it because they think it’s cool.
This whole thing just illustrates what a lot of us already know about the left, which is that they don’t really give a shit about oppressed groups unless they’re able to use them to gain politically. Warren released this dna test and video so she could continue her feud with Donald Trump, even though actual native Americans oppose dna testing as “proof” of ancestry. She went against their wishes while claiming to be one of them because telling Trump “see? I told you!” is far more important to her than acknowledging that just because one of your ancestors 6-10 generations ago was from either North or South America, it doesn’t mean you have “Native Heritage.”
And guess what... Elizabeth Warren just inspired a bunch of people to get their own DNA tests and they’ll see their own 2-5% and start ignorantly claiming they’re Native American too! All while real native Americans continue to be ignored.
