Donald Drumpf sucks thread but come in and watch Sir Gal and Coke kneel before the dumbass

He's never going to get any of this trade stuff through. Congress has to approve it. It's all rhetoric.

But here's the scary thing- he doesn't know that. He has no idea how our system of government works or why we even have a Congress. Virtually every single thing he's proposed would require him single handedly doing everything and nothing has indicated that he actually understand that he needs Congress.

Lolz, Trump’s just trollin’ / talkin shit to get votes as usual.

Great world we live in… a guy like Peter Schiff accurately calls the financial crisis, but he’s kook!!! Looking back all that was a massive buying opportunity for the smart/wealthy.

WSJ talks about our impending doom & it ain’t gonna happen, but because paid shills (mass media) wrote it you guys lap it up. It’s financial porn.

Has the MSM ever predicted our doom correctly, ever?

All it is PR/controlled messaging with the desired outcome of: “NAFTA good, Brexit bad”

LMAO @ that support he's getting at the RNC. At least Bob Dole showed up along with Crazy Rudy.

Rudy brought the f*king house down. Where that Rudy was in 2008 I have no idea but he would have won.

It was arguably the single best rebut to the BLM and left wing bullshit that I've heard yet.

Call for a vote.
Colorado delegates walking out.
Line-up of clowns speaking.
Trump doing an interview on FoxNews while a speaker is onstage at the convention. Apparently, he is more important.
Place being half empty later in the evening.
Melania copying Michelle Obama's (a Democrat) speech.

I knew it would be a cluster, but it far exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to see who's speaking tonight.

Yea, Marcus Lutrell and two US Marines. What clowns! If only they were pandering left wing social justice warriors!

Steve Colbert, Bill Maher, and Jon Stewart are all there.

However, these folks have something better to do:

Current Governors

Current Senators

Current House Members

Other Prominent Republicans

Maybe Scott Baio can tell us all about his experiences effing Hollywood skanks and stuff.

These people are smart. They know Trump is an idiot and will almost assuredly end up losing; their focus is retaining the Senate and House, which recent polls show they're on track to do.

Oh, I'm not arguing that. It's just fairly sad to see what the outcome of this has meant for the GOP in the run for the Presidency.

TROLLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLLLL!!!!!!

"Sen. [Ben] Sasse will not be attending the convention and will instead take his kids to watch some dumpster fires across the state, all of which enjoy more popularity than the current front-runners," a spokesman for the Nebraska Republican and frequent Trump critic told The Hill.

We are the laughing stock of the world. These are seriously the best 2 candidates we could dig up? ugh.

At least here, the President is typically neutered by the separation of powers (until they ignore that separation, as our current President has).

In Parliamentary systems, a party with majority rule can let the Prime Minister pretty much do whatever he wants. There's no way to check and balance their will.

This is beyond awesome.

All you Trump butt hurters sure care a lot to give someone you supposedly hate an audience. I turned it on after I looked up from the computer & DVRd bachelorette was over. It was pretty much almost over & I'm publicly supporting him. By contrast I won't watch a single second of the DNC. Everyone sez they hate Trump, then they'll vote for him in private.

Whatever, they all still want to be us, and we can end all of them anytime we want to.
Great take @UCFWayne we're such a laughingstock everyone is leaving the country legally to get out of this awful racist cop killing cesspool. At least one of them, Trump, was selected by the people instead of the powerful in Clinton w her superdelegates crushing the old socialist

-Soon to be former First Lady
-Long time Representative and Senator

.

And so what am I missing? Because aside from some "character" fillers here's what I saw last night:

Rudy: former Mayor of NYC
Jeff Sessions: former US Attorney, former Alabama AG, US Senator since 1996
Daryl Glenn: US Rep, Senate candidate
Michael Flynn: retired US General, former Director of Defense Intelligence
Tom Cotton: US Senator
Joni Ernst: US Senator

Jeff Sessions has achieved more in the Senate since 1996 than Sanders has since he was elected in 1920.

I do hope that both parties (especially voters) in the future look at "others" besides career politicians for their top spot.

Bringing in outsiders should be seen as a positive...and maybe they win a primary (maybe they don't), maybe they win a Presidential Election (maybe they don't) but its good that the GOP had a few "outsiders" in their Primary and voters got to listen and vote for who they thought would be best.

Maybe the DEMS will follow suit in 2020 or 2024.
