Israel is reporting the risk of hospitalization due to just inflammation alone for men 16-24 for at least a few weeks is 1 in 3-6,000 (0.017-0.033%). That's a higher rate of hospitalization for the same duration than from SARS-CoV-2 at hits peak in 2020 September!
Now add in the age 12-17 group, which was a measly 0.002% hospitalization rate (a full order of magnitude lower) from SARS-CoV-2 at its peak in 2020 September. This is what I'm talking about!!! Did everyone saying this is 'rare' and the mRNA vaccines are 'safe' fail grade-school statistics and the basic, scientific method?
Statistics for under 18 are not available because Israel has not even provided emergency approval, let alone their vaccination rate for young people is lower than most of the west, despite having one of the highest vaccination rates for older adults.
Israel has even considered only allowing 1 dose for those under 18, and possibly recommending the same for those under 25 (who are currently authorized for both). Why? The rate of all known, immediate side effects and complications (long-term are unknown) and resulting hospitalizations are over an order of magnitude higher than actual SARS-CoV-2 hospitalizations.
Why can't we wait for identification of risk factors and other complications? Or at least approval? But seriously ... this is what I'm talking about with the 100% BS of 'safe' for 'immediate' complications -- let alone 'no long-term effects' that we don't know at all.

Nobody said it enters the cell nucleus. It reprograms the rna of the outer shell and tells it to create that protein spike. The concern is how the immune system learns what to do about it, which is why ADE is the primary concern long term.
The vaccine has a very specific function of mimicking the COVID-19 virus and that’s it.
It doesn’t effect any other part of your immune system. It has a specific function and then it’s gone

I've been listening to the guy that invented the technology on the radio this week. He flat out says this is not a vaccine, it's Gene therapy. He has no problem with the technology, but he has bioethics concerns about how they've pushed this through and says they aren't being honest about the side effects that they're aware of.
