It wasnt a No-knock warrant

you keep saying she’s innocent - you don’t know that (and I’m not saying 100% that she wasn’t). Judges don’t just sign off on no-knock warrant requests because the cop asked nicely. They need to release the warrant/evidence.
Apparently they are going to release the grand jury information to the public tomorrow so we'll see.

I don't know what the issue was but apparently one of the jurors sued to be able to have the information released to the public saying he's upset that the AG has been misrepresenting the case that was presented to the grand jury.

You come into my house unannounced and I'm shooting.
If it’s in the middle of the night, the door is knocked down, and the police didn’t announce themselves prior to entering, then you’d probably be within your rights. If you leave the door open and someone wanders in at noon with no threatening aspect to them, you’ll probably go to jail.

My door is never left open, too many creators outside. It's always locked unless I'm briefly walking outside. I have a fortress.

11 people didn't hear a knock including her boyfriend (Mr. Walker), 1 did. The AG sided with the 1 for convenience. One cop was held accountable, not for killing Breonna Taylor in her own bed but endangering her neighbor. The taxpayers will be paying the Taylor family, not the cops. When the state can shoot an innocent person in her own bed and there are no consequences, we have a problem.
Agreed.

I'm 100% with Rand Paul on this -- far more 'Liberal' than alleged 'Progressive' politicians too -- we need to put an end to this. People shouldn't be supporting these types of raids. The crap about flushing it down the toilet is also a load of BS. I support civil liberties, period.

It's time to end this.

Now the douchebag cop is suing her boyfriend.

First off, his lawsuit is going nowhere. The SCOTUS just knocked down something similar to this 7-1. People have a right to defend themselves in their home, including against cops.

Secondly, quit calling cops who have to enforce dead wrong policies various names. It's policies and procedures that are the problem ... as well as a lot of stupid laws. Just like you shouldn't blame the soldier either when they follow procedures and aren't committing atrocities against humankind, even if what they are being told to do should be ended as standard practice.

It's also why many of us want immunity severely reduced to specific things as well.
