Biden is uniquely qualified to deal with this. Just look at his record as an elected official:
As a junior representative he led the fight against Typhus and cholera. Less than 12 years later he again led the fight, this time against yellow fever. He personally headed up a team of scientists that found a cure for the convulsive vapors while simultaneously dealing with a case of dropsy mixed with thrush. Shortly after being elected to the senate he introduced a bill to expand funding to fight the scrofula outbreak in the west. After successfully getting it under control, the president tapped him to deal with sour womb, silent diphtheria, and frost rash which he eventually helped conquer. Finding himself sick with serpent delirium he took time off of public service to help raise awareness for ricketty eye. He accomplished all of this before his 50th birthday.

You wish. After one of Trump's BS comments about the malaria drug, a reporter asked Facui to comment and he politely rebuked everything Trump said.
I know exactly about these medications. They are definitely something that could be very very promising and that’s what Americans need to hear. Fauci is not disputing that it’s not something that shouldn’t be considered, but when you have TDS, you harp on Trumps delivery and every word
Fauci said that this didnt come from a clinical trial so its premature to call it a cure, he didnt rebuke trump.

-gave incorrect information
What else? Where has Trump handled this well? There are countries that managed this well, it's not an impossible situation. Sure it's difficult but the countries that test win. The countries that quarantine early win. The countries that managed exposure win.
We haven't done anything like other countries have. We have nurses being told to make facemasks out of bandanas we don't have enough ventilators we don't have supplies for more than a few weeks.
A government that took this seriously in January would have answers by the end of March. I don't blame Trump for the virus but he has handled this as poorly as possible. His first press conference talked about low interest SBA loans and payroll tax cuts when it should have talked about steps every American needs to take to stop the spread and health issues.
