Kansas St 🟪 -8

Fine ill say it, coach seemed like an ass. Sounds like he just heard about us with his "Central Florida" comments and just seems like he is dismissing us while faking praise to Gus. Hope the players note the disrespect.
teams don't know one another. i personally have no clue whatsoever about ucf, what to expect, their strengths or weaks, other than losing your starting qb who was quite good. the disrespect card is probably not as worthy in this case.

No one is going to respect us till/if we make a statement performance. The Boise performance doesn’t scare anyone
again, it's not a respect thing, it's lack of familiarity. i'm guessing ucf is pretty salty. but not having played them, there's no way of actually knowing.

“It has been a good week,” K-State offensive coordinator Collin Klein said. “Will has gotten better every day. I think it is going to be (a game-time decision). Obviously, if he can go and gets cleared and is healthy then he will go. But it has been day-to-day and it will probably continue that way.”

Cannot agree more. Duffie will be a difference maker IF he shows up in football shape.

Duffie, however, cannot play in the defensive secondary where K-State, in its last four games, has given up 1,114 yards passing (278 ypg) and eight touchdowns against 1 pick.

#turnQloose

uat ran for 175 yards on K-State. I have to think Gus, at a minimum, can crack the century mark rushing.
They are now playing UCF and the Malhazan offense with a mid QB. Why would they be worried about passing?

They are now playing UCF and offensive genius Arthur Gustav Malzahn III, curb stomper of Mario Christobowless (4-6 against P5 programs at the u) and future mid first-round NFL QB draft pick Timmy McClain. Why would they even show up to play?

Good question.

Good question.
Gus Malhazan Is 3-6 in bowl games as a head coach and has NEVER won any of the major bowls. Malhazan went 0-12 vs rivals in the road while at Auburn and was FIRED. Dude was given $21.5M to disappear.

Security escorted him out of Auburn University while he was carrying boxes from his office. He left in disgrace. A loser.

You never addressed my rebuttal that every other team but South Carolina is winless at Georgia since 2017. No team won at uat from 2017-2020. Only Troy, uat, and Mississippi State (during the COVID stadium capacity restrictions) won at LSU from 2017-2020.

You also failed to see that the only reason Auburn got to so many New Year's Day bowls under Gus is because he put the team on his back and willed it to overachieve. Would I rather Gus be 6-3 in sh*tty toilet bowls like the ones the u has went 1-11 in over the past two decades? No. I would rather lose in a relevant bowl than one no one knew I played in.

Malhazan makes $2.3M a year…good head coaches are making $7M+. Zero demand for old head’s service…UCF doesn’t even want to extend him.

All these UCF fans were lied to again with the “new offense” b.s. it’s cool cause these people will believe just about anything. There are the Colley “champs” and all that. Welp.

Lied to about the No. 1 total offense in the nation? Lied to about the No. 2 rushing offense in the nation?

These UCF fans should be calling for blood!

lmao. Malhazan is known for padding stats against trash opponents. Old head scored 18 against Boise State…same number of points as North Dakota State.

UCF scored one TD against Boise. North Dakota State scored 3 TDs against Boise. FACTS.

Just arrived in Manhattan via Glacier NP. I wore my UCF/Citronaut T-shirt all day and when we stopped for gas in Nebraska a guy came walking up to me and asked “What’s the deal with all this UCF stuff you’re flashing?” I thought, well here we go. But he was a Husker and he said “What the hell did you guys do to Scott Frost before he got here?!?”🤣 He told me they were glad he’s gone. Said everyone felt Frosty just felt his 💩didn’t stink and left a lot of the day to day to assts. Also said he patronized the local watering holes regularly. Anyway, so far only Knight in this huge campground. Charge On! I will defend the Kingdom!

Scott Frost was completely fine when he left here. You should have asked him what THEY did to him.

Have fun, interested to hear how the local KSU fans treat you.

They gave him a lot of money. That’s all he needed. He’s good for life now.

One of the byproducts of leading the nation in rushing is (it seems like at least) that our defense hasn't gotten as many snaps/reps as you would think they would have at this point of the season.

Keeping your defense off the field is (of course) a good thing. But it also seems like some guys on defense that some of us assumed would be signficant factors this season haven't really gotten that many reps at all. Being new to a program, it's difficult to come in and dominate snaps/reps right away (over guys that have been here). However, at this point I think the new season honeymoon is over.

With conference play upon us, I'm thinking guys like Decorian Patterson (26 career starts at MTSU), Jireh Wilson (24 career starts, 23 starts at ECU), Isaiah Paul (19 starts at IWU), and Shaun Peterson Jr. (10 starts last season at FIU) will start to make more of a impact on the game than they have up to this point in the season.

He had to play a real schedule at Nebraska. Frost and his G5 staff were never much good.

Florida kids with speed don't want to go to Nebraska.

It’s the no stopping clock on first downs that’s making games faster and less possessions. Not necessarily running.

Sitting in Aggieville bar about 1/2 mile from Bill Snyder Stadium and there’s at least 2 dozen Knights! Knight Kingdom is psyched!!! I’ve met Knights from Denver, Dallas, WV, NC (us!), and TN! This is what the Knight Nation needs. It’s awesome! Charge On!!!! Bring it, Knight Nation! It’s a blast!

Could be additionally part of it as well, absolutely.

I’ve actually seen a couple places that the clock not stopping at first downs hasn’t been as big of a difference in length of games as people thought it would. But yeah, definitely at least one less drive per game.

Bettors apparently were waiting to see Howard on the field. Line has moved from 4.5 this morning to 6.5. Was as low as 3.5 yesterday.
