Thank God! Huge get. With that core maybe we can get a decent C to buy in
This is a big-time add. One of the best adds of the Dawkins era.
DJ/Mikey/Sellers/Hall is a legit core. Grab a big or two and let’s ride!

I didn’t think he had anymore availability leftHave we got the final status on Diallo ?
I didn’t think that either. I did hear that they were trying to get another year for him n with the Covid thing who knows anymore. It certainly would be a gift from above if he does come back.🙏I didn’t think he had anymore availability left
That would be amazing! Great defender and imposing figure in the paint. Cut down on some of the fouls and he’s really solidI didn’t think that either. Ayyyeee we got a guy over 6’7 lol Looks pretty solid and can play stretch 4 with that 3%
I was thinking Hall with Benny as perfect when Knights go shorter because Hall has a pro sized forward body and Benny's a jumping jack defender/dunker so they could complement each other nicely. Then Hall and Rokas together against non-fastbreaking or interior passing offenses. Remember that Tyler and Nils are good backup guards in the rotation. You're right though that UCF needs another Big forward/center, preferably for defense.Going to be a good team guy. The LaSalle guys were showing him a ton of love yesterday on IG.
Should be the backup big, just need to find a starter.

Rokus Ulvydas is the guy that I was trying to remember for us a few years ago. We had a HS recruit last year from Lithuania. Not sure how he did. Last name starts with a P.Rokus is a very common name, even among the Lithuanian national team.
He played in 3 games, 6 minutes total and scored -0- points for Memphis. Thin as a rail (6'8" and 180 lbs) so he will definitely need to strengthen/toughen up to play B12 basketball. And he is Mikey's boy....probably his best friend....they played in HS together. Should mean that both he and Mikey will sign with us but we'll see. If they do, the question is how do they fit in with the rest of the guys? This isn't HS anymore boys.Looks like we just got JJ Taylor from Memphis, was a 6'7 4 star coming out of HS (looks like he's an incoming Freshman)
Seems he's Mikey's boy
Diallo declared. He has no chance for NBA.Decent pickup but still waiting on some C’s. (If diallo comes back, that’d be amazing)
No question he can score the ball. It's great that we're improving our shot making and overall offense with these transfers. Now we need at least one (if not more) rim protector and rebounder. And Johnny's got to convince these guys to play the tough D that we did last year. We're going to have one of the toughest schedules in college basketball next year so buckle up.

Yeah, the roster blueprint/construction so far seems very different than in past years with Dawkins. We have no Defensive big men. Big teams will be a challenge
The Big 12 is physical but most successful teams have a guard directed offense with a scorer there that fixes the deficiencies in the offense when it breaks down.Every year they say we are going to push ball up and force other teams to play in transition. We may finally have to do that. Especially after our only Center sits. Could be a blessing he has to change strategy. Hasn’t worked in past.
Elijah is a Hometown kid (Windermere Prep) and he has potential. But he needs coaching (basketball smarts). If he gets stronger (and he has the body to do it), more aggressive in shot blocking on D and less predictable (takes the ball down with a quick dribble before he reviews his options) on O, he can be a contributor. He may be a project but there's definitely something there to work with. And he needs to make improvements fast (welcome to the best conference in college basketball). We just got Elijah Hulsewe, 7' 260 backup C from Bethune Cookman
Looks like we have our 1st and 2nd groups now
