No it was sold as 100% effective against hospitalization when it came out. The goal posts continue to move. Now it doesn't even slow the spread.
The problem is that with so much government involvement, there is nary a thought put into rethinking our strategy. Or, to be quite honest, whether we should even have a strategy. With the government, it's always just more of the same......double down.......spend more......

How about we just stop?

Hey clown show. We were sold it was 95% effective against symptomatic covid.

BTW we are going to hit 200k daily infections and around 2,000 daily deaths with a vaccine with an extra booster 🤑 available. The vaccine clearly isn't even slowing the spread. Those pfizer executives going 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑
I know that you think that your technical degrees and calculus are all cool and stuff,
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but maybe you needed to take a few classes in psychology to alleviate your fears and one in statistics for you to understand what 95% means 🤪🤪🤪. Additionally, a class in reading comprehension wouldn’t hurt. Stop embarrassing yourself

200,000 unvaccinated dead Americans. Since June 1 2021.

It’s hard for vaccines to work when morons such as yourself refuse to take them.

And almost all of them were older people. To be completely honest, the only reason that this has become such a big deal is because the boomers are realizing that they are nearing the end of their lives, and they are afraid. As far as they are concerned, we should do whatever and at any cost, including a whole bunch of things that don't make any sense, simply because they know that their days are nearing an end.

Oh well in that case it’s fine, no one will miss our fathers, mothers, grandparents, and aunts and uncles. Oh good let them die totally unnecessarily since they believed insane people on Twitter and refused a vaccine.

Do you have anything other than hyperbole?

As we know, the vaccines do a good job of preventing death. Great! Let people get it if they want to. Why do we need to go any further than that?

They also drastically slow the spread. I’ve posted countless data pricing this that you refuse to look at but it doesn’t make it untrue.

What is the point of slowing the spread among the age groups that were extremely unlikely to have severe symptoms in the first place?

You can’t be this dumb. You’re level of critical thinking is at a 3rd grade level keep working on your “nuclear power plant” consulting even though there are none in Lincoln Nebraska. Another delusional fantasy of yours

All Medicare and Medicaid patients who receive 5 days of remdesivir yield a 20% add-on bonus for the hospital. 20% of the entire bill . The only problem it kills and maims most of them. Two rounds of remdesivir and onto the vent. Can't make this shit up how poor care is in the USA.

I work in healthcare and a pulmonologist that I know said that nobody has had a major side effect from Remdeavir

You are wrong again!

BUT, BUT THE IT GUY WHO SEARCHES TWITTER KNOWS 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yeah dumbass. I know that. And you travel there work and back between posting in the WC 24/7. Hahahahahahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Making shit up again. When did I say that I go there regularly? I haven't been to Cooper in over 10 years, but I still get calls from maintenance when they are having trouble diagnosing a problem. GE is a pain in the ass for them to get answers out of, so they call me every once in a while. Whoopti friggin doo

You have literally posted for 13 hours straight. We should believe the posts of an unemployed, uneducated vagrant?

the vaccines USED TO do a good job of preventing death

FIFY

1. The vax severe illness and death are trending up as antibodies fade. The t-cells are not as good as hoped for. Hence why we now have a three month boost schedule

2. Public data is available for Illinois, Minnesota and Massachusetts. The other states are not transparent. Every time I check the data scientists, they all have similar conclusions. I even double check some of their work, and it all looks good. I would encourage you to do the same. Of course, state governments are going to spin the data with narrative friendly headlines. Biased people like Crazy Mike and 85 then bite on the propaganda and become useful idiots to a false narrative. But I'll give these three states credit for being transparent with raw data. All 50 states should do this.

3. Also keep in mind that the deck is stacked in how 'unvaccinated' are categorized. Shennanigans at hospital admissions where if you don't have paper vac card or electronic record - counts as unvacd . I add 10% to the public data as a realistic fudge factor to get a true number . Also the normalized per 100K graphs are incorrect. They are undercounting unvac'd in the denominator. That's also been debunked as propaganda.

4. The vaccines are failing with Delta variant which is very similar antigenic ally to vaccine. Omicron blows right through the vaccines after one month.

5. Fortunately, we may have the beginning of the end and Omicron parties if things go well from here. If not, be ready to treat the most vulnerable after 1 month of booster.

6. President Biden lied to the American public about "pandemic of the unvaccinated" , efficacy and safety of the vaccines

Fine. Maybe you can explain to an idiot like me, why we are forcing vaccines on people that don't need them? Why don't we do that with the flu vax?

IT

Stands for "Information Stands for "Information Technology," and is pronounced "I.T." It refers to anything related to computing technology, such as networking, hardware, software, the Internet, or the people that work with these technologies. Many companies now have IT departments for managing the computers, networks, and other technical areas of their businesses. IT jobs include computer programming, network administration, computer engineering, Web development, technical support, and many other related occupations. Since we live in the "information age," information technology has become a part of our everyday lives. That means the term "IT," already highly overused, is here to stay. To attempt to end a pandemic. To decrease the spread, hospitalizations, and death. By the way, I just had a procedure cancelled for tomorrow. Why? COVID. Employees are out. Unvaccinated employees probably.

Kids weren't being hospitalized or dying from covid. Why not just let it circulate through that population and be done with it instead of "maybe" slowing it down? This approach makes no sense.

This epi data and antidotal evidence of vaccinated being more impacted by Omicron continues. ADE?

Jim Cramer that wanted a military force vaccine requirement got covid after 3 shots. Then his wife got pretty ill with covid after 3 shots. You can't make this up. Donald Trump being obese and old beat covid without a vaccine in 2 days. My grandmother at 97 beat covid in 2-3 days before the vaccine. Why are we forcing a vaccine that doesn't stop the spread?
Follo that pfizer money right back to the dems bank accounts

Israel is now officially giving the 4th jab. Starting to wonder if their health Minister isn't the count from sesame street.
But Israel isn't mandating vaccinations on kids. In fact, even per-capita, they've only vaccinated 1/4th as many kids (60K v. nearly 5M now), and 100% are being tracked, unlike in the US. They also have medical exemptions for kids, and cover them completely for all side-effects, unlike the US where there is no liability.

It's called Original Antigen Sin and Peter Hotez has been talking about this. He's really down on mRNA at the moment and has been saying the same thing I've been saying but in not so explicit terms: The two reproducable studies showed quite clearly, expect 1-2 months of 30% to 60% ish protection for the most vulnerable after boost. Wow. Talk about a culture shift and abandon ship. He's now calling for a fourth booster. I can't say I disagree with his newfound concern about durability and efficacy.

BTW, what happened to the t-cell army? Did they just pull up and head for dodge? 💰🤦‍♀️

What is becoming utterly dellusional is that they are stating the re-issue of the 2 year-old, un-updated, original spike vaccine as a 'Booster' ...
  • Needs 1 month to protect against Delta/Omicron, yet ...
  • Wanes to ineffective against Delta/Omicron within 2 months
So basically that tells me we need 12 Boosters a year -- overlapping 2 months, month over month. At what point do they actually concede either ...
  1. This is infesible, let alone unsustainable, and/or ...
  2. We should have updated vaccines to at least the Delta spike before winter
At this point, I would like to official declare 85, Cubs, KTJoe and Mikes should kiss my @$$ for saying I'm anti-Pharma because I demanding all Boosters should actually be updated Delta spikes, instead of just re-issues of the existing vaccines.

Seriously now, once and for all ...

At what point do we say, and are believed, "Hey, the shit you're throwing at the wall hasn't been sticking for a full year now. Do you think we trust you?"

And for all those saying, "Well, it's changed," I'm sorry but ...

Where the **** were you when we -- like the (now resigned) FDA officials -- were saying we needed to update the vaccine with Delta, so we could have it in August-September, before the winter? Oh, that's right, I'm anti-Pharma. Sigh ...

Because it's not just Omicron. These are also Delta breakthroughs as well ... boosted people too! And several were boosted over a month ago, but less than 2 months too.

Sorry Crazy but this boomer isn't afraid. Yes, I got the Vaccines as I see it as prudent for me. I also don't want to force others to get them. If I was under the age of 35 it is unlikely, I would get the shot. I prefer that my grandkids who are 2 to 11 not get them. They are at virtually 0% risk of dying.

The virologists are starting to get very loud on that subject. Hotez, Kristian Andersen, Mina, others. Peter Hotez is already calling for a fourth wild type jab for US healthcare workers because of the poor durability

We're in very low protection numbers per the two studies, and the most vulnerable are still vulnerable thanks to the shitty boosters. Pfizer is out in la la land publishing their propaganda on efficacy. When your lackies like Hotez and Kristian Andersen are turning on you, you know you got problems.

80% of adults have the shot and are 44% of the deaths, which means the 20% without shots are 56% of the deaths. Not a strong argument against being vaccinated. Though it does go against the argument that vaccine is useless.
