They act like if we come a calling for Frost he is ours and if we don't come a calling then we obviously didn't want him and went in a different direction. I hope he stays at UCF and UF and Nebraska are really butt hurt in December or January

And the "with cause" section of contracts is really getting worked. McElwain said his players received death threats: Fired with cause, unless you produce the text messages. Tennessee had a player that appeared to have played with a concussion, they'll likely use that to fire their coach with cause.A successful coach at UCF can make more than Frost is currently making. O'Leary had a higher salary than Frost does currently. There is probably room to move him up to closer to 3 mil per year. Does 10 years at 3 mil per year plus incentives beat 4 years at 4-5 million a year and pressure of being canned if he fails to bring home a national title at a blue blood? I mean there is talk that Jim Harbaugh is now on the hot seat in his 3rd season at 7-2 after back to back 10 wins seasons. The expectations of the blue blood programs are unrealistic. Only one team can win a national championship in a given year but there are 10-15 programs (Nebraska and Florida included) who accept nothing less.

1.89m with 750k in incentive pay. You are right though. When frost signed the extension his pay was bumped from 1.7 to 2m. My point was there is probably room for UCF to pay 2.5 to 3. O’Leary’s base plus potential bonuses was already in that range. You sure about that? O'Leary made just under 2 million (1.89) before he left. Frosty is making 2 million now.

Yes.Didn't Nebraska and Florida have a chance to get Scott Frost like 3-4 years ago?
Yes.
Also when I was 8 I lost my favorite stuffed animal in a tree, since we are reliving traumatic memories. Our ex AD was an arrogant dumbass.
Absolutely. I thought that he made 2.3 million base in the end1.89m with 750k in incentive pay. You are right though. When frost signed the extension his pay was bumped from 1.7 to 2m. lol no talk of harbaugh on the hot seat. who is going to fire him? the AD was hand picked by harbaugh. he basically had to be interviewed by harbaugh to get the job. michigan is making more money than it ever has. if anyone is saying that they made it up themselves.A successful coach at UCF can make more than Frost is currently making. There are grumblings. Hasn’t finished higher than 3rd in the division. Currently 4th this year and looking at 2 more losses to Ohio State and Wisconsin. Offense is terrible. O’Korn was benched at Houston.lol no talk of harbaugh on the hot seat. who is going to fire him? the AD was hand picked by harbaugh. he basically had to be interviewed by harbaugh to get the job. michigan is making more money than it ever has. if anyone is saying that they made it up themselves.
