The pandemic of the “unvaccinated” who love to prolong pandemics and post Twitter and Google articles without actually reading them

Same thing going on in Israel. Looks like the Pfizer vaccine may not be quite as effective as once suggested.
That makes more sense and is consistent with Israel's numbers. They're also saying 40%, with 1% having been infected naturally already.
I'm hearing there's a record decline on Wall Street today. Market analysts are saying the economic slowdown we're experiencing due to the emergence of covid's delta variant has investors worried.
Last year a group of posters here were saying in no uncertain terms that we must save our economy by 'bucking up' and not allowing our 'silly fears' about catching a potentially deadly disease from preventing us from conducting 'business as usual.'
But what are they saying now?
These very same posters (with the notable exception of @Ucfmikes) are saying we should be downright scared of a vaccine that would put this damn pandemic in our rear-view mirror once and for all and return our country to 'business as usual.' I could have sworn they used to be absolutely adamant that we couldn't afford to keep our economy depressed. As I recall, the thinking was that a down economy would have far more negative consequences than the pandemic.
Nowadays, they pretend they're scientists and express concerns about the vaccines even though the odds of a serious side-effect from a vaccine shot are astronomical when compared to the odds of getting seriously ill from Covid by remaining unvaccinated.
What's wrong with this picture? What the hell happened to our "we've got to save our economy" crowd?

Over and over again on the nightly news shows, we get story after story about some poor, stupid sap who is in the hospital on death's door telling a reporter, "Hey, if I had it do do over again, I'd do it different. Take the shot."

My 37 year old female coworker is now pushing 3 weeks out with COVID after I told her to get vaccinated. No pay and 3 kids. I’m seriously short staffed and asked today when she was coming back
Response: She has it bad. What does that even mean? Me and one other are the only ones vaccinated. What should I think at this point?
