It is going to be interesting to see the reaction to this debate and Trump's strategy next debate. It is obvious his strategy was just to try and run roughshod over Joe, but I cant possibly see this performance helping him. I am thinking his people are going to make sure he tones it the hell down for the next debate.

It's a way to bluster your way through tough subjects like covid, race relations, and tax returns.

But I can't see how anyone beyond Trump's base would react positively to his crap tonight.

I can't either. I think the intent was clearly to make himself look strong and Joe look weak, but he has gone way overboard with it. It will be interesting to see if there is any kind of shifts in the polls.

I still plan to vote for Trump, but I think Biden may have won the election tonight. What ever miracle drug n sleep combo they found for Joe worked miracles.

This debate was a shit show embarrassment no matter who the hell you support. As an American, it's gut-wrenching to see how our political process has literally gone in the toilet.
