Oh really? I would love to know how we are running a weak terrorism program? There hasn't been a 9/11 style attack since the original happened on US soil. What kind of attacks are we seeing? Fringe elements (that are often born here) are self radicalized buy guns and shoot people. Planes aren't crashing into buildings and bombs aren't going off in crowded places in this country because of the work of our intelligence agencies.
We have literally been killing the leaders of the Taliban, al-Qaeda, al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, al-Shabaab, and now ISIS because as soon as they are promoted they tend to be killed within months through drone strikes or air strikes. I'm not sure what else you would have us do in Iraq or Syria? Put troops on the ground, lose more American lives?
Mistakes happen, people will always slip through the cracks but intelligence gathering and follow through will never be 100%. Yet ours get's it right 99% of the time! The FBI arrests more wannabe terrorists than you will ever know, it just doesn't make the mainstream media. It's a thankless job. No credit is given when things go right, but idiots like Trump are sure to take advantage of the situation when the unfortunate happens.
But SUPREME EMPEROR TRUMP has a plan. He's got the best brain after all. Let's rework the whole intelligence community and follow the works of Putin and Saddam Hussein. Let's gas thousands. Bomb hospitals and communities where there are innocent people. Hell, why stop there? Let's use nukes!! After all, nothing is off the table with him.

Are you really telling me that you believe that the US Air Force gave Obama a plan to completely dismantle ISIS' entire oil production capability, and he said "Nah, f*ck it- I don't want to upset them"?
