no way we could afford McCord
I didn’t realize he is even considering transferring, he is close w the Syracuse coach

Simple, we don't have one of those.....that is why we are having to grab a bunch of cheap 3 star guys from the portal, hoping to find a gold nugget or two. We are shopping on potential, not on performance. Just where we are right now. We’d be dumb to not throw the Brinks Truck at him.
He isn't in the portal as of now, not sure how this got startedno way we could afford McCord

Covid didn’t count. That was 4 years ago. Everyone gets 5. Some are getting 6 and 7.McCord has no eligibility left. What are you all even talking about?
What would the reason be that the NCAA would grant him a fifth year?
He started after 2020.....and played in more than 4 games all 4 years '21-'24Covid didn’t count. That was 4 years ago. Everyone gets 5. Some are getting 6 and 7.

When I was in college, you wanted to transfer you had to sit out a year. I understand the argument that coaches can move without any penalty, maybe we should address that as opposed to give in to the alleged student/athletes.Making it a career and are making it harder for anyone to build a team with all the transfer madness. It would be nice to not have so much uncertainty. We had players quitting the team before we reached midseason, for crying out loud. Wouldn’t be surprised if we get more of that regardless of who our head coach is. Same for every other program out there except for the small few holding the biggest money pots.
Bro, you don’t get a COVID year if you weren’t in college during COVID lol. It’s a simple google search.Covid didn’t count. That was 4 years ago. Everyone gets 5. Some are getting 6 and 7.
Covid is the excuse that keeps on giving.LolBro, you don’t get a COVID year if you weren’t in college during COVID lol. It’s a simple google search.

Several of these players will make more in NIL deals than vast majority of students will make in 20+ years.College is supposed to prepare you for your career. Many of these players are making it a career.
Actually, then THEY will make in the rest of THEIR life. They r not going to the league. Although some of them should have their doctorate or law degree after 7 years in collegeSeveral of these players will make more in NIL deals than vast majority of students will make in 20+ years.
Ironically it's the other students that become alumni that is giving them the money.Actually, then THEY will make in the rest their life
The only possible explanation is a medical redshirt....Bro, you don’t get a COVID year if you weren’t in college during COVID lol. It’s a simple google search.

In more ways than one!!!!Covid is the excuse that keeps on giving.Lol
Already posted the video of him applying for another year. He’s probably going to say he was hurt for a few games but Ohio State begged him to play. He should have sat out. There must be other loopholes as guys are getting 8 years. The Miami TE was crying because he spent most of a decade in college and has to get a real job.Bro, you don’t get a COVID year if you weren’t in college during COVID lol. It’s a simple google search.

Next on the list. I don’t see us getting him either given the demand.
was he the QB when UCF played them early in the season?
No, we played against their regular starter Hoover.was he the QB when UCF played them early in the season?
We are running out of transfer options, looks like Rizk it is and hopefully bringing in a HS recruit in February.
No, Hoover is the man. He’s coming back next year for TCU as well.was he the QB when UCF played them early in the season?

Perfect description of Malzahn, So stupid he spells his first name with an H.The 'u' FEARS Gus.

Now this is the DUDE I have been wanting for two years. He is from Mt. Dora and is a prototypical X in Gus's offense. Big, fast, deep threat. Gus should have made him a priority last year.
Seems like a big-time downgrade. Maybe he was informed that he wasn’t in their plans. I can’t see making that move unless Ucf was not a real option for him. ImoKavan Call commits to East Tenn St for some reason.....big error on his part, we might have taken him back under the new staff.
OL Cline signed w them too. Former staff Healy is there but it is definitely an odd move for both.Seems like a big-time downgrade. Maybe he was informed that he wasn’t in their plans. I can’t see making that move unless Ucf was not a real option for him. Imo
He’s out of eligibility. Lol, if he had another year the demand for him would be great…zero chance he would go to UCF.Would this QB from SU be another good pickup?
They already got a LSU guy to fill his gap and he might want to stay another year in college.
These are the types of QBs hanging out there for last minute transfer portals.

Another defensive back?Former Ohio State and LSU transfer defensive back Jyaire Brown committed to UCF on Sunday evening, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett. The 5-11 defensive back will have two years of eligibility remaining.
Since a couple of these guys have good size, I assume they might be made LBsAnother defensive back?
Or WR's? We need speed in the slot and on the outside....I wonder if any of these guys are fast and can make that switch? Many probably played both ways in HS. Right now, compared to the rest of the roster, it looks crowded in the DB room.Since a couple of these guys have good size, I assume they might be made LBs
