UCF football expands alcohol sales stadium-wide for first time​

I was a little disappointed at looking at all those empty seats at the carl back section.

And, it took a long time for the richy-rich ticket holders to fill into the stadium (much after kick off).

However, the North End Zone Student section was rawking! Pre-game it looked at capacity and the kids were having fun.

Saw an auburn fan in Epcot while drinking around the world. Flagged him down and thanked him for sending Gus our way.

He looked at my UCF shirt and impulsively goes oh f*** you. We both laughed and he said they have the dumbest boosters ever.

Universal consensus is that Gus is an absolutely amazing coach.

Ok brass tacks, i think its similar to last year we look superior early then fall flat. We hold on at the end this time and win. A close loss would not suprize me. A 10pt or more win/loss would suprize me.

Under Danny White, beer/alcohol sales were only allowed to premium seating patrons, be it the Tower Club, Stadium Club and Cabana. Same for basketball.

Midway through this past basketball season, alcohol suddenly became widely available at AddFi Arena. Beer sales have also been introduced at baseball and softball (people were chugging beers like crazy this past weekend).

I think we're trending towards stadium-wide alcohol for football. Since most on here are premium seat holders, how do you feel? Does that diminish the value of your ticket?

Seriously. It's a no brainer. Daunte deserves that. I hate seeing anybody from UCF in that number. Including Storm. Even though Daunte gave his consent for Storm to wear it. Pay homage to our greatest who put us on the map!!!

Simple game. Call the first score by UCF. Winner gets name on the Wall of Fame and a Coozie.

Rules: you MUST call both the QB and receiver for passing scores along with the yardage. For all other scores RB, kickers, defenders, punt/ kick off returns you must call the yardage and the name of the player. Closest to the yardage wins. Price is right rules: If two people are exact yardage apart, closest without going over wins. You can only play once per account.

I think JRP is the shiny object that will really disappoint us. In my opinion, he’s a one trick pony that will cost us too many losses. There is a reason after all he was moved out of QB in the SEC. I think Gus was hoping he would improve/develop and frustrated that isn’t happening.

I want Mikey.

He’s reliable, knows more, can throw, move around, and take off when he has to. I also think he can win us some games when he’s given the chance.

I want Mikey.

He’s at the top of my list for break out player of the year. I think people are ignoring some important variables when evaluating him.

I plan on buying about 15 tickets for the fau game and will have about 8 kids with us. Do any of you have a recommendation of a section that would be somewhat family friendly? I really do not want to buy tickets in the fau student section. Appreciate the help...

Who was wearing 85 that caught the TD?

After UCF's Punt Coverage team got burned on the first fake punt (I hate going for the block on 4th and less than 5...because any quick jump is called for offsides and gives opponent a fresh set of downs), somewhat shocked that this punter had plenty of room on 4th and long to do ANOTHER fake punt.

On 4th and 19 from their own 30 yd line...punter gets the snap around the 16 yard line...and runs all the way to the 43 yd line....and possibly could have fought for the first down mark at the 49 line...but of course, he decides to play ruby and punt the ball after a nice long run.
