Happy Big 12 Schedule Day!
I just scheduled a Youtube Live Stream for 3 p.m. - this one will be public, not a Dungeon exclusive though we will do a Dungeon Live soon.
I was going back and forth on the time and chose 3 p.m. I wanted a little time to be able to digest UCF's schedule and everybody else's too. I thought mid-afternoon was ideal to pounce on it instead of waiting until the evening.
Participation is always encouraged via the chat feature directly on Youtube:

He praised the founders of The Kingdom and said that will be a big part of overall fundraising going forward.
Marc asked about non-conference scheduling with nine conference games. TMo said they're trying to play one P5 team and two home games - one FCS and G5.
TMo later said there needs to be "guardrails" on NIL/collectives.
