7 Worst Dishes to Order at Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse is a chain that has found fans across the country thanks to their Texas-sized portions, wide selection of steaks, and the downhome charm of being able to snack on some peanuts before throwing the shells straight on the floor.
While the restaurant always promises to offer up a good time, many of the chain's entrees, appetizers, and even salads come loaded with fat, carbs, and sodium.
"The foods that are the least healthy are either the oversized portions or the fried options," says Dr. Lisa Young, PhD, RDN, author of Finally Full, Finally Slim. "For example, the full slab of ribs has considerably more calories than the half slab."
Seven items have the potential to easily pack on the pounds, but that shouldn't deter you from dining here, especially if you want one of their signature dishes. "The good news is that the menu offers smaller portions as well as options for healthier items," says Dr. Young.
Keep reading to see the worst dishes you should never order at Texas Roadhouse, and next, don't miss The 8 Worst Fast-Food Burgers to Stay Away From Right Now.

D1 Parking Passes for sale

I have 2 D1 parking passes for sale. Entire season, including championship game. I have sold them on here before and am giving the dungeon first crack before I open it up to the masses.

Let's start the bidding at $250 each. That's what I sold them for last year.

Looks like the passes are digital this year so I can email them to you after receiving payment. I can accept Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.

OT: Who owns vacation rentals / airbnb? Where are they?

I’ve seen people comment on here recently about owning vacation properties - just curious if folks wanted to chime in here so we have kind of a master list? Where is your rental?

With air travel so messed up I’m super interested in finding drivable getaways from here in DC. I bet other members based in FL or elsewhere feel the same!

Would love to hear from folks who own rentals as we’d much rather rent from a dungeon member vs Airbnb or whatever.

if folks contribute I’ll edit the post, make a list and that way it’s a resource for folks in the future

(if this has already been done sorry, and would appreciate a link)

Two UCF encounters today in Huntsville..

I was eating at Chicken Salad Chic with my wife today and as we were leaving I notice a table of elders eating their lunch in my path out the door. One of them was wearing an Auburn hat (I was wearing my UCF hat) on so I had to say something. As I walked by, I said, “on behalf of UCF Nation, we thank you for sending Gus our way.” The whole table started laughing. The elderly gentleman started laughing and was about to say something and then pointed to me and said, “you know, that ain’t right.” I laughed shook his hand and said have a great lunch, Go Knights!” Great sports.

About an hour later I was getting gas at Costco and the attendant said, hey, you want Scott Frost back. I laughed and said he’ll no, you can keep that dumpster fire. We chatted while I was filling up then said, Knight nation appreciates all your efforts to take him away. We are much happier with who we have as coach now. Good luck this year, you’re going to need it. He laughed and mumbled something as I was getting in my car.

I am going to like Huntsville I can see it already.
