Anyone have a Samsung S21 or 21 Ultra? Issue posting to Dungeon.

For the most part, this phone is awesome, but there are two things that drive me a bit crazy and one of them is trying to post to UCFSports.com. As I'm entering a reply, it starts adding a zillion or so line feeds to the post, and so I end up having to head to my computer to make a post. My previous Samsung Note did not have this problem, and it's the only online forum or social media platform on which it's doing that. Anyone else with one of these phones and, if so, are you seeing this issue as well?

What are y'all cooking this weekend for dinner?

I feel.like I am trapped the Brady Bunch episode where Jan has this weird fix on her hot sister Marsha. Marsha ,Marsha, Marsha ,except it's Russia , Russia, Russia . I can't solve it but I can smoke some meat .

I have been soaking a couple pork shoulders in a mixture of apple juice , brown sugar ,water and a dash of salt for a day now. Tonight at 2AM I am putting them on the pellet smoker at 225. I will put a coating of Bryons Butt Rub with some brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon in the mix on the outside. Then we will smoke it for 12-13 hours. Y'all can come over Saturday night some tasty pulled pork sandwiches.

$30M+ AAC exit fee? 😳

For those that regularly listen to The Bridge & The Beat of Sports, you know that Marc Daniels will hint at specific things pertaining to UCF without confirming it (due to his relationship with the university).

He touches on the rumored exit fee that the AAC is trying to hold us, Cincy, & Houston to ($30M+) & suggests how we might come up with that money.

Latest AAC Hoop Standings: Race to earn 1st round bye

Temple on the road upset Cincinnati the other day to continue to stay ahead of UCF for the 5th and final 1st round bye in the AAC Tourn.

Temple has 3 tough games co ing up:
at Memphis
TULANE
at Houston

They do finish up the season at home vs cow u.

What.might ultimately decide this last bye spot is Temple.may not have to play their final 18th conf game...as that previous canceled game for Covid may not be made up so by not.playing, that could give them a better win percentage over UCF.

UCF finishes their home schedule this Wed vs Cincinnati (9 pm) and thrn must travel to Tulane and Tulsa to close out the regular season.

OT: Fast Food Guilty Pleasures Rediscovered

I Hope I’m not the only one Solo on this, but I popped into an Arby’s yesterday and tried their Roast Beef Gyro. It was delicious. I forgot how damn good their curly fries were too since I haven’t stepped foot in an Arby’s in a decade. The Arby’s sauce was perfection.

Try not to eat fast food outside of the occasional Chick-Fil-A and Chipotle, but holy chit is this sammy good.

Anyone else rediscover a chain they’ve sworn off or rekindled their inner thicc boy?

OT: Tour of UH's $25 Million, 53,000 sq ft Basketball Training Center

This beautiful facility opened in the Fall of 2015 and its no surprise to see how they started to get top recruits in the following years. (Coach Sampson helped too).

Attention to detail is very impressive and it's not shocking to see how they were able to use their Jordan Brand Sponsorship to sell to future recruits.

TM made the trip to Houston to meet with some counterparts in the Big 12 but I hope he had a chance to check out UH's impressive digs that they were able to build with donations.

NCAA Football rule changes: Targeting, fake injuries and more

The NCAA Football Rules Committee on Friday approved measures intended to strengthen the accuracy of the targeting rule, limit blocking below the waist and address teams that appear to fake injuries to gain an advantage.

All rule proposals must be approved by the Playing Rules Oversight Panel, which is scheduled to discuss football rules recommendations April 20. If approved, these changes would take effect in the 2022 season.

“Special Pictures” from a “Special Event UCF Women’s Basketball Senior Night”. Including “A VERY SPECIAL PICTURE”.

Hello Ladies and Genetlemen.

I am publishing some special pictures taken after our UCF Women’s Basketball victory over Tulsa.

It was our 10th straight victory leaving us with a 14-1 Conference record and 22-3 overall.

I will be posting around 20 pictures in several posts of this thread.

I do have one very special picture that I will post last.
Trust me, it is a very special picture.

Ok lets start off with the fact UCF beat Tulsa 61-48.

After our home games, Coach Abe gets on an Arena microphone and thanks the crowd for attending, etc. This night she invited everyone to remain for the UCF Women’s Basketball Senior Night Ceremony.

First let’s hear from our Ladies Team singing our UCF Alma Mater.

Knightro is ready to honor our Seniors.

On the left, UCF President Dr. Cartwright and his wife were there to congratulate our Seniors also.

Grab some food and enjoy the Ceremony…
