Why is that? If Democrats REALLY believe these allegations and somehow do sink him, why would they allow him to remain a Circuit Court Judge? These accusations are disqualifying for the SC but not on the Circuit Court?

There is no 50% here. They are either going to smear and destroy Brett Kavanaugh's life here, or they're going to fail and these accusations will be overcome.

There was plenty of time to do "something" or whatever, but that time is gone. Dems are playing dirty politics ... and i get a sense that the people (other than left wing wackos) see thru it. I think Feinstein overplayed her hand on this one and made it way too obvious. Dems will now use this to drum up female votes in November.

McConnell's staff discussed using Ashley Judd's mental health issues against her in a campaign but it didn't happen and that is as dirty as it gets versus Feinstein actually doing what she did.
