The average American doesn't pay much in tax, lives in a reasonably comfortable home, and has amenities that most nations don't. The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is bring healthcare costs down. The vast majority of topics we discuss both here and on the national level are really only about a small percentage of the population. We could do something about wealth disparity, which has always been my number 1 issue but there's no chance in heck of getting any kind of agreement on how to do that.

Mueller agreed that authorities could charge Trump with a crime (after he leaves office since you can't charge a sitting president). Mueller cited at least 10 instances of Trump's obstruction of justice in his report but Congress didn't read it and trump defenders can't read it. It wasn't in the scope of Mueller's investigation to charge or exonerate anyone. However, the former special counsel made it clear that “total exoneration” is a figment of Trump’s imagination.
I've believed all along that Trump was just an unwitting dupe in Russia's election meddling. He is too dense to be calculating but make no mistake that Russia interfered and tried to influence the election. There is no debate about that. But collusion by Trump? No, just obstruction of justice and abuse of power. And felonious dumbassery.

It is essentially a program funded by cell phone bills, not by income tax or bonds and things of that nature. It doesnt add much to the national debt, so cutting it wouldnt have much, if any impact on the national debt.
