Nah, I think it fits. Palin wasn't remotely ready for the national stage, and Republicans failed to screen her.
The difference is Palin didn't scream sexism even 1/100th as much. Palin, and her family, also endured comments that I haven't seen Ocasio-Cortez deal with.
I mean, it's one thing to get comments about her looks. It's another to have sheer sexual assault/battery type comments that Progressives thought were 'justified' towards Palin.

How is it moving the goal posts to say hey if you really care about politicians telling the truth maybe you should be more visibly upset at the one who is the most factually inaccurate in the highest office? It demonstrates that you aren't really concerned with inaccuracy from politicians you just don't like democrats.

The fact is, we have examples every single day of Trump lying about things that are easily proven. So are you expecting people to believe you care about the act of lying when you never have posted a critique of the president? It's obvious you care about AOC because of her politics.
