BTW, on the subject of what would NATO do if Russia used nukes in Ukraine, this isn't the first time I've heard this answer. Basically ... if Russia started killing people with nukes, NATO would bomb and destroy an equivalent number of military personnel in Ukraine as well as Russia's Baltic and Black Sea fleets, in response ... as it must go 'answered,' but it could be done non-nuclear. That would be not only 'proprtionate' in deaths, and of military personnel but 'send a message' that NATO has the capability -- non-nuclear -- to destroy Russia's ability to make any war.
