The Trump Coup Attempt

Let me explain to this Chud how this coup business works:

Coup = Attempting to use the courts to illegally overturn the will of the people. Verdict: Trump lawyers lose or withdraw over 50 election lawsuits. The law trumped dirty politics.

Non-Coup = 34 people indicted by the Mueller investigation including Russian go-between Roger Stone who had his prison sentence conveniently commuted by President Trump.

There was nothing illegal about the court cases. Thus by definition there was no coup attempt.
There were illegal warrants issued using a fake dossier on Trump officials, thus making that a real Coup attempt.
There also was no coup attempt by Gore vs W. The court challenges were perfectly legal.

Imagine being this goddamn stupid. Holy shit I'm in awe of your ability to survive with this level of idiocy.

Its illegal for non-residents to vote in National elections but its illegal for states to require people to prove they are residents.

If cops aren't allowed to use radars, how are they supposed to enforce speed limits?

You prove that through an ID like drivers license. This is a proof of citizenship. So like a passport. Definitely overboard and a form of voter suppression. Glad the Supreme Court rejected it.

Non-citizens can get drivers licenses in some states. That isn't proof of residency. The DMV doesn't follow the same rules that elections offices are required to.

But this whole thing is predicated on the idea that fraud by illegal voters is materially impacting elections. If you prove that's true, then the harm can start to justify stricter safeguards. If that's not true, then you're just creating barriers that make it harder and harder for law abiding American citizens to vote for no reason. Without some evidence of harm, it's a solution in search of a problem.

But it also goes back to how fundamental you think voting is as right in modern America. We have a LONG history of making it harder for certain types of citizens to vote. So a rich kid that's travelled internationally has his passport ready to go at 18, while a poor kid who's been through the foster system is trying to figure out how to get a copy of his birth certificate.

So you really have to weigh the risk and harm of illegal voters vs the harm to legitimate voters. How many legal voters are you willing to disenfranchise to prevent 1 illegal vote?

LMAO. Still on your knees, holding out hope I see.

This is an impossible task to accomplish and then Trump will ask for all of these ballots to be disqualified. That also won't happen.

Won't matter. Biden gets inaugurated in a month. Deal with it.

Ex-cop hits truck thinking it held 750,000 fraudulent ballots, police say. It held air conditioning parts.

David Lopez-Zuniga, an air-conditioner installer, had just left his mobile home for his typical predawn commute when he noticed an SUV’s headlights closely trailing his small cargo truck.
Within seconds, the SUV swerved alongside the passenger’s side, striking the truck and forcing Lopez-Zuniga to the side of a highway. There, he said, the SUV’s driver feigned an injury before ordering Lopez-Zuniga to the ground at gunpoint.

“I was very scared,” Lopez-Zuniga, said in an interview with The Washington Post. “I didn’t know who this person was.”
As it turned out, the incident was the extraordinary culmination of a misguided undercover surveillance operation — financed by a conservative nonprofit group and carried out by private investigators — that sought to uncover a massive election fraud scheme before the November election.

If you still support Trump in Dec of 2020 you are mentally ill.

I absolutely love that this is happening. When conspiracies are targeted at public officials there's not a whole lot of effective legal recourse. But when they target non-public individuals and private companies it's a whole different ballgame.

If you're Dominion or Smartmatic, your brands are basically trash now. A republican official will have serious issues signing a contract with you going forward. Even a Democrat might prefer a name no one has heard of. And this is international news - not limited to just the US. So there's no doubt about serious economic injury to these companies.

I think some huge jury awards against OAN/Newsmax/Fox for parroting this stuff could go a long way in discouraging it in the future.

Remember when democrats loot and burn down cities on a regular occurrence? And created the city of chud in Seattle?

We are supposed to now believe they don't cheat and steal.

Isn't it interesting how these 'passionate, heartfelt' televised declarations of voter fraud suddenly morph to 'Neverminds' once a threat of a lawsuit comes into play? Yet their audiences never seem to catch on.

Yep it makes much more sense to support Biden who helped his son use the power of the Vice Prez to make millions in Ukraine and China, and now is suffering from dementia. "Fire the crooked prosecutor who has been in office for 4 months and has the Gaul to look at Burisma and my son Hunter, or no 1 billion in aid for you.... 4 hours later son of a bitch they fired him, and protected me and Hunter.

The big guy thanks you for your vote, on the days he remembers he is going to serve himself as President.
