Lol. Nobody is getting jailed for lying in an affidavit. It doesn’t happen. It’s not a deposition or trial. At any rate all anyone has said is “I saw x and it looked suspicious” “I looked at x data and it looked suspicious”. Nobody has alleged any tangible singular instances of fraud against an individual committing said “fraud”.
There is a difference in ones opinion in an affidavit, and making what can be determined to be factually inaccurate. If he said he gained possession of a voter machine from this county and it is demonstrably false, yes he should be prosecuted.
Curious - have you seen his affidavit on this? My guess is that he never actually claims what right-wing media has been saying (possession of a voting machine). He probably just takes the numbers from Ware, argues it's evidence of vote-swapping, then extrapolates statewide.

Georgia's hand recount amounted to hand counting 100 ballots which they then sent through the ballot counting machine. If the numbers match, they count thousands more ballots on that machine because it is considered "verified".
The problem with this is the potential use of algorithms in the software. I'm not an IT guy, but even on simple process controllers that I install for industrial customers can be programmed to count accurately for (x) amount of time or volume and then begin counting fractionally to account for whatever real-life issues they may have in their process. I'm sure the ballot machines have the capability of doing the same thing.
I'm not saying that this happened, but some people think that a hand recount means every ballot is counted by hand or individually verified as they go through the machine.

Yea that's the third count, as requested by Trump. The audit and hand-count was the second count, done by law due to the margin, and the state did a hand-count (I don't know if they had to, but they say they did).
Thought this was interesting. It's a filing in GA responding to the Kraken claims. Argues against the credibility and testimony of her witnesses. What's interesting is that - per the arguments - they don't even clear the basic levels of establishing themselves as expert witnesses per legal standards. From remaining anonymous to presenting the arguments of others (which they are not qualified to create much less defend). Meanwhile, defense experts rebutting their affidavits are frequent expert witnesses used in voting/election cases.

They did a machine count. Then they did a hand recount of every ballot which matched the machine recount. Then they did another machine recount after certification which matched the first 2 counts. This third count is what you are referencing. How many times do you keep counting ballots and expect Trump to win. Boggles the mind.

First off, nothin illegal about the legal actions being done, So it is not by definition a Coup. 2nd It will all be finished in 2 to 3 weeks, and no damage will have been done to the system. "IF" however there was fraud and illegal actions taking during the election, and they are not called out real damage will be done to the system.
