He was a board member, not the CEO, COO, CFO or something along those lines. He was also in the Dept of Commerce under Bill Clinton, so he certainly had some financial experience and oversight. He had also worked as a partner and board member for a global mergers and acquisitions firm, and a hedge fund. So yeah, I would argue he had the experience to be a board member for a natural gas company.
But how is this going to work from now on. Hunter Biden getting a job in the private sector is apparently corrupt. So should relatives of politicians just not be allowed to work? Or they caan work but only make an average salary? What about Trump's kids who are actually in the government, W e know Ivanka and Jared's jobs are political. Is that going to continued to be allowed? I think we just need some guidelines on this.
