Best case scenario is an effective treatment is identified and life goes back to normal, season is played in full and as scheduled. However, if that's not the case, any other option has it's own set of problems.....Should the start be delayed and only conference games occur, what does that mean for conferences with 8 game schedules versus ones with 9 games. Would there be a season without Notre Dame, BYU or Army? No Army/Navy game, no USC/Clemson, no UF/FSU? Hard to imagine a football season without some of those rivalries. Postpone to the spring and have a full season? Do the team's then start back again the following fall and have them play potentially 30 games in 11 months? Would the NFL draft still occur in April, right in the middle of the college spring college football season?
