Had a fun day out on the UCF campus today, attending the new UCF Women’s Volleyball media event. AND, since I was close to the UCF Football field I figured everyone would enjoy some pictures showing the UCF Football Tower expansion project.

I've been seeing a lot of social media posts of ChatGPT so I opened an account. I've been playing around with it and found it to be pretty cool so far. Anyone else here using anything like this for work to help with emails or presentations?

Manatee county is booming. Who here thinks we are in a super bubble with hyperinflation, near free money and COVID relos ? Been contemplating selling and waiting for a pop. Thinking 2021 will see a wave of foreclosures and unemployment catching up. Would love to hear other thoughts.

The overinflated home prices are hitting a ceiling and I knew it all along. Why? The same upward pressure that made prices soar will also be the same pressure in reverse that drives them back down as consumers are priced out. Add in an interest rate hike to curb inflationary pressures and it’s gonna a disaster for people who purchased in the last couple of years. They won’t lose their homes bc lenders learned last time, they’ll just be stuck in a 265k home they bought for 400k with no one willing to buy. *

Tip-off is at 11PM EST, and I will be long asleep by that point...So I'll be interested to wake-up and read everyone's commentary. Tonight is a critical game for our boys. It's never easy to win on the road in-conference, but tonight is somewhat manageable (IMO). Obviously, the Knights won't find much success against anyone if they shoot the ball poorly (again) - and dig themselves into an early hole (which they are known to do).

UCF - Net rating: 78, 2-4 in Quad 1 and 2 games
Arizona State - Net rating: 55, 3-5 in Quad 1 and 2 games

I need Jordan Ivy-Curry to pick it up a bit. His play has been pretty inconsistent as UCF has begun conference play. He seems to lack the strength to drive and finish in the paint (like Darius Johnson can), and he lacks the size to get clean looks from the perimeter against bigger defenders (like Keyshawn Hall can). The team really needs his scoring punch, I just hope he's not playing in a conference above his ability level.

And I'm not holding out hope for Sellers to come back anymore either. At this juncture of the season, we may be approaching the point where he considers taking a redshirt. There's obviously still time, but back injuries can get reaggravated so easily (obviously, he came back and is now out again).

Scott Frost is back in Orlando, but this time around he’ll have to get the Knights to prosperity while also working from behind the eight ball as UCF is one of the worse teams in the Big 12 over the last two seasons.

Recruiting talent to UCF won’t be an issue, but putting together a team that can win consistently in this league has proven difficult thus far. Frost had folks believing during his first stint and will likely have some grace in Year 1 because of that.

Unfortunately, I think he’s going to need it.

UCF going 2-1 in their first 3 conf road games is an incredible start...but the conf gauntlet only gets tougher.
