How hot will his seat be going into next year if we lose quite a bit to the portal and/ or get blown out by Duke in bowl game? I'm pretty sure he didn't need a season ending downward spiral.

What can he do to correct the issues on the coaching staff and in the locker room.

That he is coming back for next season. We just wrapped up our virtual Zoom. He made a comment alluding to it, so I asked a follow-up to clarify. He said he would allow JRP to make any such announcement, but returning in 2023 is the expectation and Gus does understand he may play baseball in the spring.

We hopefully will have the interview posted soon, the host didn't allow us to record so I'm hoping they did. I did a screen record but not sure it looked (about to look at it).

All need to be replaced immediately! T-Will makes great rap videos and is great at “hype” but his coaching SUCKS! Not 1 ounce of development/improvement in any player. Now, argueably our best LB is transferring after losing our best one last year.

Obviously the locker room is a mess based on the defense regressed performance the last few weeks.

You would think moving to a P5 next season would motivate players but apparently that’s not enough motivation to stay with this staff. FIRE THEM ALL and move on.

Some may say this is a rash, premature take. Let me remind you, At the beginning of the season we had a “bend but don’t break” defense that people were okay with. At the end of the season we have a complete “bend, break and let everyone score with ease” defense.

With the regular season over and portal season beginning I was curious about the internal options we might be expecting to step up next year? Has there been any buzz about players that red shirted this year or mostly played on the scout team?

I tried looking at the recruit list from last year but Rivals is giving me a note about that being overloaded or something.

Portal announcements, coaching moves and all other “off season” shenanigans should make for an enjoyable week in the dungeon. I expect this to look like a 12 step program with a full array of emotions on display combined with the excitement of a lottery winner.

yesterday was a pathetic day after the loss but with transfers, and stories of coaches getting poached today etc. Is UCF truly the future of college football?
