It's in the Bill of Rights, written by the people from over 100 submissions ... the top 8 individual greviances against the British Crown in order of what led them to rebell. The second amendment should be removed from the constitution.
How about I come over and show you what a 20+1 automatic (fires on a single trigger pull) rifle from 1779 looks like, and what it can do ... or the first, modern cartridges and repeating handguns from the early 1800s. These are all from within the time of our framers. That would solve a lot of problems. It’s obsolete. It’s being interpreted completely wrong
The 27 words needs to be omitted. It’s obsolete. People are taking it and running. Literally wearing 2nd amendment T-shirtsIt's in the Bill of Rights, written by the people from over 100 submissions ... the top 8 individual greviances against the British Crown in order of what led them to rebell.
1)Outlawing the individual right to speach and assemble into a press, requiring the crown (state in its name) to certify and issue both
Status - Largely Gone: Journalists can be jailed for failing to identify sources, even merely encouraging them to give information, "national security." We also do not require 'free speech zones' on the Internet, unlike in reality.
2)Outlawing the individual right to firearms and assemble into a militia, requiring the crown (state in its name) to certify and issue both
Status - Virtually Gone: Too many people saying the Federally Trained National Guard is now the militia, even though it serves the Federal Exeuctive, and does not need Governor approval to activate (courtesy, yes, but not required, by law). The people are largely ignoring the laws in various states, including a documented 95% disobedience rate in New York (by their own, NY State Supreme Court), including by minorities trying to protect their families where police will not, as much as rural white neighborhoods.
3) Outlawing the individual right to one's home and the denial to house troops, the crown (state in its name) treating private property as the state's at all times
Status - Remains: But not an issue today -- this is the only Bill of Right that is outdated
4)Outlawing the individual right to privacy and the denial to search and seizure without due process, the crown (state in its name) claiming its can search and seize what it wants
Status - Compeltely Gone: Large seizures are daily over petty posession, and the wide berth of 'probably cause' just in the last 25 years of 'fighting drugs' that has gone overboard, with a 7-fold increase in non-violent incarcertaions, denial of due process and jailing people, and even when they win against the state over seizure, the state refuses to return it, and forces people to 'settle' for only 30-40% of that which is seized.
5)Outlawing the right to remain silent and the denial that it is an admission of guilt, the crown (state in its name) claiming
Status - Partially Gone: Only applies once Miranda Rights have been read, not before. This is why it is important to seek a lawyer and state you will not say anything until you have an attorney present. You will be hard pressed to find a judge or law professional who will not allow the state to run that silence can be used against someone if they were asking for an attourney. But if they say nothing before they have been charged/arrested and read their Miranda Rights, that has and is used against people now!
Should I go on?!
How about I come over and show you what a 20+1 automatic (fires on a single trigger pull) rifle from 1779 looks like, and what it can do ... or the first, modern cartridges and repeating handguns from the early 1800s. These are all from within the time of our framers.
And have you ever been in a disaster area with virtually no effective law where the only thing between you and getting ass raped is a firearm?! You'd be amazed how 90%+ of individual Americans come together to defend against the sub-10% of lawlessness!
That doesn't happen without firearms!
And the Virginia Constitutional entry it is based on.The 27 words needs to be omitted. It’s obsolete. People are taking it and running. Literally wearing 2nd amendment T-shirts
I know you support 19 children being executed and their heads blown off, but hey, nobody ever accused you of being sane. You care more about being anti-government and the above rambling than the slaughter of CHILDREN.And the Virginia Constitutional entry it is based on.
It was the 2nd most requested Right by the people who submitted, after the right to speech and assemble into a press free of government control ... the right to firearms and assemble into a militia free of government control.
If you read the people of the late 1800s, you will see their plights of megacorporations and oligarchy in the legislative that brought wars, control and high burdens is no different than today!
The Hundson Bay, West Indies and lots of Fur Trading companies wanted to split up the 'developed' American colonies by having their corporate crown charters (yes, the colonies were corporations) yanked by the crown in a hostile takeover -- and they were! -- all while the military was more than interested in, and then directly supported, the taking the undeveloped lands of no interest to fur traders and their new plantations to create a new, American aristocracy!
It's the same ****ing problem all over again! Only now it's our US Congress in a dying Merchant Republic who wants to take away private ownership ... and that starts with taking away speech along with self-defense in an 1-2!
It's not even about guns, but the right to defend yourself in your own home with anything! Wrestle a knife away from an intruder and kill him? Mandatory manslaughter! And you cannot get any insurance to pay for your lawyers either!
You’re on a tangent. Wrong thread. Stop with your deranged, pathologic, COVID vaccine OBSESSIONDo you understand you literally were supporting the putting of guns to peoples' heads to make them stay home during the lockdowns, and then forcing them to get jabs, before they could work, have any livelihood, even if they worked remotely?!
Did you not read the federal mandate?! It applied to even people who never leave their homes! And the same with the OSHA BS (that the SCOTUS rejected, thankfully) on private, let me say that again, private companies who did not even have federal contracts at all?!
This is what the end of freedom looks like. People like you using the mob of taxpayer funded government guns against your fellow Americans! Leave us alone!
You don't get it. Our civil rights are being utterly eroded by the state, causing the psychological and sociological breakdowns we're seeing ... especially in young people! You’re on a tangent. Wrong thread. Stop with your deranged, pathologic, COVID vaccine OBSESSION

You sure do tie yourself in knots in the name of trying to hold to some vision you have of a political ideology.I strongly disagree. Once you let the state define not only what you can do with your body, but default to being responsible for things beyond their body as a result after, you are promoting the state put a burden on the citizen.
BTW, this works both ways. I've long warned womens groups not to keep using the state against men, to the point men don't have a choice. The gun up against the head of any citizen to force them into 18+ years of servitude is always wrong.
And please don't give me 'the choice' was in the intercourse. That has been used for far too long to limit choice in even contraception and other things. We keep interfering more and more with people's bedrooms and it's about time the state keeps out.
This includes not interfering with parents who do raise children as well. Again, it goes both ways and the state is way, way too involved all around! We need to start trusting our fellow American citizens and stop using the state to butt into their bodies, lives and families.
Just as the Anti-Federalists argued against the Bill of Rights ... if it's not spelled out specifically, then people will say it's not a right. I love how both the Federalist and anti-Federalists were right.
People must be in charge of their own bodies, and not the mob of the taxpayers with the government's guns. This 'get them before they get themselves' (and no one else) has to end. We are killing people before they suicide themselves (and no one else) too ... sometimes the police state take innocent others with them too.
Roe v. Wade works fine as-is, and even allows for states to set limits on 3rd and even 2nd trimester abortions.

It's being interpreted wrong? It's probably in the top 10 of most examined paragraphs in history. Politicians, judges, linguistic experts, and historians have spent a lot of time trying to figure out what it means and where we are is what those experts have concluded. The second amendment should be removed from the constitution. Was it in question whether an individual had a right to buy a gun when they could order one from a Sears catalog in 1915? Was it in question in 1820 when people could walk into a trade store and walk out a few minutes later with a gun? It’s being interpreted by morons who think that they have the right as INDIVIDUALS to BUY AS MANY GUNS AS THEY WANT and to KILL AS MANY PEOPLE AS THEY CAN.
Did Mikes literally equate people buying as many guys as they want, if they pass a background check, including mental and restraining orders (which is already federal law), meaning increased deaths from those guns? That them buying 30 means they will kill 10x as many people as 3?Was it in question whether an individual had a right to buy a gun when they could order one from a Sears catalog in 1915? If the 2nd amendment is being misinterpreted, it's been misinterpreted since day one and the founders just didn't speak up I guess.
Mike is your typical liberal when it comes to guns. They know nothing other than the AR-15 looks scary and is the biggest gun in history.Did Mikes literally equate people buying as many guys as they want, if they pass a background check, including mental and restraining orders (which is already federal law), meaning increased deaths from those guns? And I hope Mikes understands firearm dealers report, and usually flat out deny, people who try to buy a whole slew of firearms, and they do talk to each other and report it to FBI-CJIS. In fact, that's how the whole 'gunrunning' started. The W's FBI started telling stores to sell them, against the store's better judgement, and it ended up being a failure.
Then Obama's FBI started forcing stores to sell them, even when the store refused to.

In fact, that's how the whole 'gunrunning' started. The W's ATF-FBI (really more ATF than FBI, FBI was powerless to stop them) started telling stores to sell them, against the store's better judgement, and it ended up being a failure.
Then Obama's ATF-FBI (again, more ATF than FBI) started forcing stores to sell them, and had orders of magnitude more going out, to the point politicians were unknowingly (or possibly knowingly in the case of Feinstein?) holding up those guns after crimes, saying Americans were illegally selling them to organized crime en masse.
And that's when 3 ATF agents whistleblew ...
And they were totally retaliated against by the Obama administration's ATF. Because the US gov't was purposely causing public harm and purposely trying to get the American public against any gun sales, by forcing gun stores and resellers to sell, even when they didn't want to, and knew where there were going. Because, as always ...
Government creates the best and biggest problems.
We used to understand that as voters, and avoided the government being involved.
But now ... it's standard thought as voters ... government is the solution, by default.
Ladies and gentlement ... I now give you the statistics ... of the post-lockdown!

You child killers and mentally unstable suicidal racists don’t understand what the second amendment was meant to accomplish if you think that it has anything to do with what’s going on nowMike is your typical liberal when it comes to guns. They weren’t using it in the 19th century as it being OK to stockpile a personal arsenal to shoot up grocery stores and schools you imbecileIf the 2nd amendment is being misinterpreted, it's been misinterpreted since day one and the founders just didn't speak up I guess.
It still comes down to the fact that we have an individual right to buy, possess, and carry whatever firearm we want. They weren’t using it in the 19th century as it being OK to stockpile a personal arsenal to shoot up grocery stores and schools you imbecile
Well… that’s why they are changing the laws and the 2nd amendment needs to be repealed you suicidal, racist, unemployed, celibate. child killerIt still comes down to the fact that we have an individual right to buy, possess, and carry whatever firearm we want.

Watch the news. Get off your assWhat laws are they changing?
I have a lot of anxiety about this christmas. After 2 suicidal episodes this year I am really uncomfortable with the idea of being around the in-laws. This year has also brought about changes with my girls. I got divorced 8 years ago and had full custody of my kids until this year. They moved in with their mom in january and things have been pretty difficult between us since then. Nobody, including my wife, has been terribly supportive of what I've been dealing with this year and I've been putting on a happy face whenever I'm asked how things are going because when I'm honest it makes things worse. I'm just tired of it and now its going to be in my face for the next few days. Nobody understands but everybody has a solution.
I'll bet Mike and Joe and Jeremy don't get the irony of this.

Sorry to vent. Merry christmas to everyone"
Why did the racist from Nebraska try to kill himself? Why did the kid in "Jeremy" shoot up his school?
And Payable On Death (P.O.D.) didn't write 'Youth of the Nation' to immortalize everyday inner-city, everyday, minority youth gun violence that consumes the super-majority of teenage deaths other than from suicide (especially now that we defined 'kids' as all teenagers, including 18-19, no longer adults). No, that would bring real attention to a real statistics, and actually might drive people -- especially white people -- to want to solve it.
I'll bet Mike and Joe and Jeremy don't get the irony of this.
Not surprised that it went over your head and you verified it with your response. Why did the racist from Nebraska try to kill himself?

Door problems and if there had just been more police at that 4th of July parade in Highland Park, homeboy would have been blasted by the po poz.Over 200 people shot during the 4th of July weekend in America.
We really need to do something about our door problem. Maybe redesign the whole country with just one entrance?
Yep, just like at Uvalde. Where an officer had the terrorist in his sights but didn't shoot.Door problems and if there had just been more police at that 4th of July parade in Highland Park, homeboy would have been blasted by the po poz.
I agree with you except it was 77 minutes. Enough time to watch the Nightmare Before Christmas start to end while kids were literally dying 50 feet away.Absolutely horrific hallway video, 44 minutes of absolute inaction while children died.
This is 100% on the GOP and those who support them.
one cop was able to take a phone break and grab some hand sanitizer while children were murdered because republicans value guns over kids.
