Delicious Bull Tears Mega Thread

OK KnighttimeJoe, we all know UCFBS can be a bit much at times, but he is a dedicated Knight, let's call off the dogs on the down vote. We are all just Knight fans here.

“Didn’t move the needle” yet single handily saved the Big12 and by being involved just got a media deal worth more than their previous deal? Lol yeah ok usf delusional loser.
Would you expand on this? I think I must have missed UCF's importance, and I'd love to know it. (This isn't a snide comment, I'd really like to know and must have missed it when I was ecstatic that we finally got invited and must have missed most of the reporting during the time)

It wasn’t a UCF post, it was in regards to all 4 new additions (UCF, UH, Cinci, BYU). In regards to the the usf fan, the 4 new school additions “not moving the needle”. The Big12 was on its deathbed with OU/TX leaving and the 4 new schools not only saved the league but also moved the needle enough to get a better media deal (more $$) than the league had previously.

That's why I call them the Cabal. They will drag it all over the Dungeon. And then people pile it on and it's 10+ posts before we know it. Heck, I don't even have to be participating in a thread for days, if not weeks.

This will be the final nail in the coffin of duh*bulls football program if they get beat 3 times by The Owls
Temple, Rice, and FAU. LOL... If they lose to a roadrunner (UTSA), they shouldn't schedule anymore bird mascot schools.

I mean a lot complained about our poor schedule, you do know this could be ours?

Meanwhile, over at cow U, they released this video in anticipation of tonight's War on I-4 men's basketball game...

Be sure to watch on an empty stomach, just saying.

But that's the thing ... we did what we needed to do -- and I don't just mean 'on-the-field' -- to move up. Which brings me to ...

UCONN? Any update on the Civil Conflict Trophy? I think that would be one of the best trophies if some fan ended up with it and it was some busted mess.
We sent it to UConn for their home game against S. Florida. :)

In all seriousness ... I think the greatest 1-2 punch to the Cow gut is, and even were when we were in the AAC ...
  • We were getting UConn and other G5/independent teams 'home-only,' plus ...
  • We paid those teams 2-3x as much (>=$1M) to visit us 1'n done than they get 'away-games' from P5s (<<$500K)
I mean, that right there is why they're not getting a Big XII invite before 4-5 other programs, and we were the first in line to receive one.

Maybe they can get a few Buccs fans if they just market the 49’ers are playing.

Which raises the question, why is Charlotte’s mascot the 49ers?!?

What's the over under for attendance in that Nov 25th Charlotte matchup? i say under 500
I think if that is their first home opener, they will get more than 500. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say at least 1,000 will show up because of the hype around their new coach. Now, if he loses, the next home game will see a significant drop in attendance. Not even UCF can help build their program up and UCF helped bring FSU back to relevance.

If UCF was still playing at the old Tangerine Bowl, things wouldn't be USF levels of bad but the team wouldn't have the same level of success or pride we experienced in the last 13 years. The excitement we had when we became Big East for a year and won the BCS game and then returned to the NYDG 2 more times winning one of the best games in program history. I don't think we would have those highs if we didn't have our own stadium. We wouldn't have had the same players, coaching staffs, etc.

Shhh, don't tell them. Those scrubs have boasted for years that they play in NFL stadium and we have an erector set. Just let them work that plan.

i posted this on the AAC board but I'm like GD, my home reno plans cost $3k,

You can't tell me that company doesn't already have prebuilt stadium plans that they can use a baseline. There are only a handful of companies that build stadiums anyway.

How does USF Genshaft themselves?

The year is 2035, USF is in the ACC, we have won multiple conference championships in the AAC, our OCS has already announced expansion to 55,000 fans, we are an AAU member school with a $2B+ endowment, men's basketball has won a conference championship, baseball has visited Omaha for the first time...
Outlaw will still be beating the bad extension drum.
Here's to moving on and supporting our Bulls through thick and thin, good hires and bad hires, good extensions and bad extension. Remember, hindsight is always 20/20.

That’s entirely possible since the ACC as we know it today will no longer exist after the SEC, the Big Ten, and the Big 12 have poached all of the significant teams. Their OCS could be expanded to 55,000, since it’ll still be in the planning stages. All they’ll need is to find another $15-20 million to give the planning team. It’s not a total impossibility that their BB team could finally win a conference championship in the new G5 AAC/ACC/Conference USA 3.0. Baseball will take a bus tour to Omaha to watch the CWS, and Matt Grothe’s illegitimate love child will be named as the new HC for the 0-57 Bools. As for Outlaw, who cares?!?

Delusion is just so strong in that fanbase

this is the arrogance I am taking about when some of our fans seem to want to help elevate them or play them OOC.
No one should want us to play them…..been there, beat that. We crushed them like 12 times in a row right? Seems like that anyway.

They are Marsha without the couch burning…..probably because the typical usf grad can’t afford furniture
