There was just a disgusting pervert arrested in a Winter Haven public library who was exposing himself to a 7 year old girl and caught on camera lurking in the library kid's section.

As long as the bathroom is a single stall who cares, if its an open restroom than I agree with you.
This covers bathrooms and locker rooms. Schools don't have single stall bathrooms or locker rooms. Guys will be going to school saying they are a girl that day and can go in and change/shower with the girls.

The directive isnt just giving open season to 'restrooms of choice' for all though...which is what people are reacting like. If schools see 'obvious' boys (or however you want to describe it) going into girls restrooms its still completely 'not allowed' and i'm sure suspension worthy just like it always is.
Just need to start wearing some girl clothes and they will be fine. They will call on the #LGBT social justice warriors and they will get their way.
god thats such a poor extreme overreaction. If a school - which knows its students - is notified of some kid going into the girl's bathroom or visa versa, then he will likely be kicked out/suspended. If they try to go to the media with no history or evidence of being a transgender individual then the media wont bite either. And if they do it would be squashed and turned into public shame for the hoax.

In addition to the bathrooms, it will be required that one (faculty, staff, students) use the pronoun/noun for which the freak identifies. Coach won't be able to call little Johnny "sissy boy" if (s)he identifies as a female.

1st off if youve ever been in a women's public restroom you know its Nasty AS F$*k...kids might go in once as a joke and never do it again after seeing used feminine hygiene products on the floor because the slobs couldnt bother to tell anyone the trash was full...
