It's only the beginning. Someone ordered to have US citizens identified in these incidental recordings. If they were incidental there was no reason for US citizens to be identified and none of these recordings even involved Russia.
Probably since he was sure the Democrats could again leak the info to newspapers first.

Now it looks like it wasn't even people from Trump's campaign talking and may have been foreigners talking to foreigners and names were mentioned. I bet it is going to be "X called His wife and said he is glad Trump won". How is that for wiretapping Trump tower?
Why do you take everything so literally? They didn't literally wiretap Trump Tower but they were surveilling Trump campaign and transition people. Why were they surveilling them? Why were their names unmasked? You guys are just terrified of where this is heading. If it ends up being nothing, then it is. At this point though it likely won't be. It is against the law to unmask the identities of US citizens incidentally caught up in surveillance of foreigners.

If any of this is true, the Obama administration was purposefully spying on and sabotaging an incoming administration. That is a huge blow to what our country stands for.

Unmasking the identity of a US citizen incidentally heard/seen/read in surveillance of foreigners is illegal. Why were they unmasking the identity of the US citizens? Why we're the only US citizens unmasked working on the Trump campaign or transition?
Even Nunes holds that nothing illegal happened. If some anti-American spy is being monitored and they mention a US Citizen name, then they're going to come up. If they were talking to anti-American factions, then that's on them for getting into that mess.

There's a failure in logic here. The FBI was investigating the Trump campaign since July 2016, looking for a connection to Russia in relation to the election. But there's zero surveillance of the Trump campaign and it's ludicrous to think so? Either the FBI in inept or someone is obfuscating the truth.
But why continue the surveillance after the election if they found nothing, which is what they have at this time?
First: Dumb said "Obama was wiretapping Dumb tower". Answer: nobody was wiretapping (or had Dumb tower under surveillance)
Second: I'm guessing at the beginning they (FBI, etc) were looking at the Russians trying to influence the election and only recently the campaign is being investigated. Or the FBI was too busy investigating Clinton's emails and had the Russian investigation in the back burner until the s hit the fan with the tweets?

I again remind everyone that during the campaign, when WikiLeaks was dumping Podesta's emails every day, there was a collective yawn by the media and even the Democrats. Absolutely no one was outraged or calling for investigations, mostly because every poll had HRC up by 10% and the emails were doing little to sway those polls.
