What a clusterfukc this election is. I sure hope Gary Johnson can somehow manage to get in the debates, because there is a real chance that an outsider could still take this election. If not him, then somebody else running as an independent.
I've never been a gun nut but I plan on spending all my disposable income on scary guns for the foreseeable future. Fuking Trump needs to stay on script. The NRA will have no power when the Supreme Court is liberal.

This past week saw both of the major parties presidential candidates visit our area and the following was passed on to me about the 2 events.
Event A:
At this event, local law enforcement assisted with security. They were told no uniformed officers were to be inside the event. Any local law enforcement inside the event would be in a suit and were given special Ids to identify they were carrying their weapons. After the event as the convoy approached the airport, they were dismissed with a curt you are no longer needed message.
Event B:
At this event, uniformed officers were an active part of the security both inside and outside the event. After the event as the convoy approached the airport, the local law enforcement agents were offered the opportunity to continue to the aircraft. They were asked to line up and the candidate walked up to each and thanked them for their service and a chance to take a photo with the candidate.

This past week saw both of the major parties presidential candidates visit our area and the following was passed on to me about the 2 events.
Event A:
At this event, local law enforcement assisted with security. They were told no uniformed officers were to be inside the event. Any local law enforcement inside the event would be in a suit and were given special Ids to identify they were carrying their weapons. After the event as the convoy approached the airport, they were dismissed with a curt you are no longer needed message.
Event B:
At this event, uniformed officers were an active part of the security both inside and outside the event. After the event as the convoy approached the airport, the local law enforcement agents were offered the opportunity to continue to the aircraft. They were asked to line up and the candidate walked up to each and thanked them for their service and a chance to take a photo with the candidate.
Who do think was the candidate at each event?

Event A was Hillary' event and Event B was Trump's.
Some other info;
Hillary' event was an "invitation" only event and drew about 2,000 attendees.
Trump's was a free ticketed event and drew about 8,000 attendees.
Neither event drew much from the large local Latino/Puerto Rican population.
That's because the Trump event had a prototype of his wall around it. Initial results are promising.
