LOL. The last two Malhazan transfers…the Charlotte backup QB and a dude that sat on the bench at Georgia and has a total of 16 tackles over a four year period. The backup QB from Charlotte: 34-of-67 (51%) passes for 420 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Again?

The topic is the state of Florida football programs. One of the big 4 sat at home in December and the other 3 didn’t. Business as usual is legacy canes blowing his load in May and middle Tennessee running you into the ground in September.
We are discussing the current state of the football programs. I just indicated that in the the 2022 UCF class: 14 transfers (three 4*) and a 88.78 average. For the 2023 class: 14 transfers…zero with a portal ranking above a 3* and a very mid 86.36 average. Clearly trending downward.
You issued no rebuttal for this…now you are circling the wagon and going for the low hanging fruit aka personal attacks.

And another Malhazan portal reach. LB Isaiah Paul. Dude transferred to WSU from Incarnate World in January…could not make the two deep and went into the portal again in April.

Good take. Lots of game experience and starts under his belt. All he has to do is spot play to give ESTABLISHED starters a breather. He has only one year of eligibility so if he doesn't pan out, he won't be an annual waste of a scholarship.

Miami won 5 games last year. Easy to see which team is trending up and which is trending down.

Revenue is already becoming a concern for ACC schools. Pretty crazy that UCF will have the second highest conference revenue in state and FSU is looking to jump ship. What a time to be alive.

40-20 record as a P5 coach and won the Rose Bowl. He is also a top five overall recruiter in all of P5 football and the best recruiter among all head coaches (snake oil salesman Deion will quickly fade).
Two weeks ago “Five Transfers to Watch for UCF”. Malzon whiffed on Trequon Fegans, Shemar Kirk, Daveren Rayner and Eddie Kelly. Got a commit from the Charlotte backup QB (beat Kent State for him): 420 yards, 50% completions with 2 TD and 2 INT. Cool. He has coached at perennial winners. He has advanced in coaching by virtue of his recruiting rankings rather than on the field success. Over the past 15 years, Oregon has finished top 20 10 times. Only once in 4 years under Cristobal when he had one of the top players currently in the NFL (who Scott Frost recruited). And we all saw Miami last year. But at least he will put a good recruiting rank up.
What is Malzon good at? Surrounding himself with weak yes men? Malzon was the head coach at a top SEC school for almost a decade and even with those resources never won a NY6 game. 3-6 as a head coach in bowls…3/6. Anyone talking about UCF?

UCF has nobody projected to be drafted in the first three rounds of next year’s draft. Nobody got drafted this year either. Look at the transfers Malhazan is bringing in…dude is reaching all over the place and developing nobody. You should be VERY concerned with the CURRENT state of UCF football.
Serious question, what does Miami have to do with UCF? Why are you here? Miami had the most 4 stars in the ACC on the 2022 team. Second in overall talent to Clemson. And Middle Tennessee State University pushed your shit in. You got blown out like 80-3 against your rival FSU and were uncompetitive against anyone with a pulse. Your best win Georgia Tech was coincidently UCFs 5th best win. Yet here you are day after day bragging about transfers. As if talent was the issue in Coral Gables.
It was the same articles in 2022. Miami was predicted to win the division. Instead you were getting blown out by middle Tennessee and struggling to find wins in first to 14 shootouts vs 3 win Virginia teams in 12 overtimes.

Man it must suck to have the second highest paid coach in thr league (record 8 million dollars) and basically pay 1/3 of your TV revenue to go 5-7, have historic losses to your rival FSU and Pitt and get beat down by MTSU.
Its clean hobocane is scared bc the writing is on the wall. Has to talk it out of existence, hence why we should all ignore his delusions.
