I cant find any references of trump working against masks. Fauci did. Trump seemed to be fairly silent about the issue until late March.

Every top golf has a bar area (the one close to me also has a concert venue, and I am sure others have things like that as well), that every time I have gone to one has been pretty crowded. If it is just people in the bays, then that is not fully open. Regardless, people going to top golf isnt going to drive the economy. And telling people just to stay home if they are concerned about the virus, isnt going to be good for the economy. What is going to be good for the economy is getting it under control.

He was working against masks. Multiple Governors (R&D) have said this. One governor had to sneak masks in from Korea to keep Trump from finding out.
