The crisis situation with masks and ventilators was well-known weeks ago. The Governors have been telling the White House they were in critical need of ventilators, masks, etc., yet he dawdled and dawdled and dawdled.

Governors??? One. Your buddy Cuomo has ****ed this up more than anyone in the country. His hospitals can’t handle ANY crisis over the norm. The ventilator shortage scenario is his own damn fault. He did a lame job of using available resources and borrowing from area that have a surplus.
Additionally, the hospitals are outdated My sister who actually works there said the distribution of supplies have been mismanaged, wasted, and probably stolen
