Joke rankings but at least we're close. Not that mad. Our guys need to stay hungry for ECU and we're only -3 favorite next week so that should keep them humble. Absolutely need to be ranked if we win next week.

Not sure what you guys were expecting, but 27/28 is where we should be. No there is not much credence given to a drubbing of what amounts to an FCS team. Nor should there be. We will have a chance to play Cincy and Tulane, teams with a winning record and will move in if we win.

Absolutely none. But they have 6 wins. We have 5. They also beat the #17 team on the road and have conference wins over Houston and ECU in addition to the cows. On a whole, better than our conference wins over SMU and Temple. And they rank 3 spots ahead of us. Temple is also not a better team than usf. They blew Temple out last year. Temple is hapless.

This years Temple team is better. If the coach would leave Warner in instead of subbing him for a Gatewood clone, they’d be in more games. We scored 40 more points than the most they gave up previously. They aren’t as bad as they played. Everything was clicking. The old DG bombs were identical to what JRP did to Temple.

They will be favored in 0. That much is sure. They are currently 2 touchdown underdogs at home to the second worst team on their conference schedule.

We’ll see after 6 more games this season, and at least one more season after this one. Then we can compare. He’ll have to play a new QB next season. They lose the QB, three starters on the OL, one WR, and six starters on defense. Interesting, they lose all their kickoff, punters and place kickers on their 2-deep and potentially 9 guys listed as backups.

I do think with the ability to buy players and where he coaches, he could overcome the deficiencies he demonstrated at UCF.

Tennessee has the overall number 5 ranked player, and number 3 ranked QB coming in next season.
