As bad as some programs might be, they do manage to get kids to sign. I would bet that the coaching staff tells them that they would probably play sooner, and that those kids could help turn things around.
But to flip from UCF to the Heifers.... That is a head scratcher.

Ahmad was rated basically the same as snelson. UCF is stacked at WR.
I could care less about some prick that chose USF over a much better school and football program. Because it's CCS and he's destroying the program... Might as well leave the AAC and go to the FCS.
He did the same thing with the Longhorns then lost to Kansas and got fired. I guess you can say he helped Herman or he's way too Old School

The USF football program is just fine. Just leave it be. We have a series to tie up and take the lead. Then there will be NOTHING left
What does that mean? He kicked them off the team? Suspended them for the bowl game only? I’m sure some are transferring, but he can’t just dismiss them from the program

I believe he can. Technically the LOI is a 1 year contract that has to be renewed by both parties. Most of the time the school renews unless the kid breaks school or team rules. They don’t have to though.

Man, those guys seriously could come to our house 0-11, with an opportunity for us to punish them to an 0-18 streak. That would break our 0-17 record by 1 heading into 2020.
