I'm torn on this, there are two options here.
1) your belief: he knows what he is doing and is purposefully spreading harmful information. Then yes, he is a shit tier garbage human being.
2) Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I believe he is obviously mentally incapacitated with an IQ around 70-80, probably from growing up breathing in leaded fuel during his formative years. He's easily swayed by obviously false narratives that normal people see right through.

Clinical trials are ongoing but promotion of the drug as a COVID-19 treatment has generated controversy.
