I've already voted for a Republican over Trump in 2016 primary. I'll have a Biden 2020 t-shirt up in the MF if he's the nom and I'll donate the max amount. He's not my preference because he's not progressive enough but I'll put a golden retriever in when white house and have him make decisions by choosing between two dog bowls with a treat in each over Trump. 85 thinks whatever conservative media tells him to think. He was very vocal about disliking Trump because the RNC was very vocal against Trump. He called everyone who supported him idiots and that he wasn't qualified and was bad for America and embarrassing etc etc. I use to pull his own quotes and pass them off as my own statements and he would call his own words unhinged. The Iran Agreement wasn't even ratified by Congress - it was purely an Obama Admin creation that had serious issues, namely that military sites weren't on the table for inspection and it did nothing to curb 1) terrorism in the region and 2) the ballistic missile program, both of which expanded rapidly the minute money flowed back into Tehran. You can bitch and whine about Trump all you want but sticking your head in sand and declaring that the deal was awesome is nonsense.
If we had stayed in, Iran would be a mere 5 years from expiration and they're already underway to a greatly expanded ICBM capability. Hmmmm, what typically goes on an ICBM? I'm sure they were just intending to launch some satellites into space for their Netflix users
Trump was able to throw the bird at Obama by gleefully tearing up his Administration's agreement with Iran. How much fun was THAT?
The other thing is that our deal was front heavy on our part. Iran got a lot out of the deal before trump pulled out of it and it cost them nothing.
