How does a teacher identify who is really trans or just a horny kid that wants to go see girls in their underwear? Do they put their job on the line trying to make the distinction?

No one here has said any of that. No one has said transgender people are a threat. It's the people that are going to be able to take advantage with no repercussions. Feel free to continue with straw men though.
Eventually, acceptance and normalization of all deviancy (why does it always seems to be "sexual" in nature) will be forced upon the general populace regardless of their views. People will be forced into acquiescence and forced to acknowledge, accept, and condone the deviant behaviors.
It is already illegal to be a perv in a bathroom. Letting transgenders use the shitter they feel most comfortable using isn't going to make sexual assault suddenly legal.

Especially since there is no real definition of what transgender individual is, and that it is in fact fluid so that it can change based on the individuals whims. That is complete nonsense. If there were a situation where somebody tried to use this as a court defense, they would have to prove transgenderness, it would be easy to prove or disprove. These laws have never been necessary for public safety, as transgender people have always used the bathrooms that matched their identity, not their sex. And there were no problems. None.

Gender dysphoria has been a medically recognized diagnosis since 1980. Pretending it doesn't exist doesn't mean you guys are correct.

This really is a no-win situation if you think about it. The male who identifies as female (or the female who identifies as male) will get ostracized in either bathroom regardless of gender identity. I just think worrying about a sexual crime that may or may not ever actually happen is silly.

This exactly. A guy walking into a women's bathroom would immediately set off alarms in everyone's head. That doesn't matter anymore though. Any guy now has the right to be a women's bathroom. All they have to say is they feel like a girl.
So can you answer the question then? Or did you just come here to name call too? How does a person prove/disprove their gender identity in the court when they use it as their defense for following women into the bathroom?
