Tampa's PP looks like Germany invading Poland
Tampa is playing tough. They don't freaking stop coming at you.
If Tampa wins this series they stand a better chance against whomever comes out of the west. If the Rangers somehow come back, they are going to get their ass kicked by either Chicago or Anaheim.
That's the worst part, TB without a doubt played the better game but that's a save Lundqvist ALWAYS makes
FIFY. Chicago wins tonight and then loses 3 straight. Home ice legs will carry them through tonight with a score of 3-2 and then Anaheim bounces back and wipes the deck with them. I want the Blackhawks to win but that is just my gut on how that series is going to end up.
No matter who wins, Lightning or Rangers, they will have gotten beaten up in the process as I see this series going 7 unless last night causes the Rangers to completely implode, which I doubt. I see them coming back on Friday and physically trying to put the Lightning on their butts.

Chicago is also pretty damn tough at home. I think they are undefeated in the playoffs. We will see.
Hell of a game last night! This NY team wont go down without a fight, gotta respect that. Every time we went ahead, they quickly answered back. I was extremely nervous heading into OT.

Its just one of the those lucky nights that teams get. Rangers are incredibly lucky, four posts hit by Lightning, and then the Rangers score on a goal that would have been wide by 5 feet but hits Hedman.
A lot more fun for me tonight. So we both won a close one at home and got blown out at home.

Alright maybe you screw around and troll a bit, but now you're being deliberately stupid.
The Blackhawks have been to 5 of the last 7 Western Conference Finals and have won two cups. The last one they won, they were down 3-1 in the series and 3-1 in the 3rd period against Detroit and they came back to win. You can't ever count this team out. They also have a history of playing better from behind. So we'll see. Anaheim is banking on slowing the game and that works for awhile but the Hawks normally figure it out over 6 or 7 games. It'll be fun to see if they can do it again.
This game reminded me of Game 1 in the Detroit series. TB played better the entire game, had way more shots, yet still came away losing by multiple goals.
That 2nd period was unreal. They absolutely dominated and had so many scoring chances, but NY went ahead 3-1 off a bad defensive play and a freak bounce off of Hedman.
Weird game all around. Johnson hit the post twice in the first 10 minutes, Kucherov had a wide open chance, Killorn had a breakaway. Most games those are goals.
I'm confident they'll come back and win next game. They always bounce back great after these types of games.

I know it's not the newest/greatest arena out there anymore but they remodeled it recently and it is far from a dump.
